Surprised by results.
So it is very easy to put on. If you need to adjust you can pull it up and adjust and it will lay back down without loosing its adhesive. It feels like a quality frame on the mirror when i finished. For making the seams and trimming edges i recommend a scalpel or X-Acto blade. Does not feel like normal peel and stick as its thick and the design is elegant. Would buy again.

Does what I needed it to do — and looks good doing it
I used a combo of this and another wallpaper border to cover up some issues with our dropped bathroom ceiling, above which our HVAC unit (whose dripping predecessor was recently replaced) is housed. I love not only the look of the border but the fact that if you lay a strip of it crookedly/incorrectly, you can easily pull it up without damage to paint, or to another section of border. Even better, you can re-lay it and it sticks just as well. Steamy showers don’t seem to be adversely affecting it.

It’s okay
I wasn’t expecting perfection but I mean it’s okay. It sticks on my wall nicely but does show any imperfections you may have in/on your wall. Also I wasn’t a big fan of how the lines for the pho wood look was primarily on the top/bottom of the strip instead of evenly distributed.

That it makes the mirror look nice and covers the bottom of the mirror where the silver on the back had faded.

Not good
It doesn’t stick well at all mine came off so I had to replace it with something else it was a nightmare I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
