Stay hydrated
my son started me on these and when I really need some quick hydration, they are the go to. The flavor is good and it works quickly.

Great Pick Me Up For Water Bottles For Workouts and Daily Muscle Function
Great electrolyte product to add to water bottles for exercise and extra nutrients needed to stay hydrated and balanced--I personally get exhausted easily and in the past during pregnancies had minor episodes of anemia which caused me to need extra nutrients to keep my normal muscle and daily activities.

Does the job
This did the job of hydrating like it’s meant to. Although the flavor is not very enticing. Anything without actual sugar or harmful chemicals will probably taste this way anyway. It’s still a good choice if you are trying to stay away from all the other garbage found in regular hydration drink mixes

Just what I needed
I needed a hydration formula for evening use that wouldn’t keep me up at night and was low carb. So many of these have caffeine and too many carbs. This one is perfect for me. I don’t like a lot of flavor in my water, so I use 1/2 a packet in my 32 oz glass and the taste strength is just right. These flavors are delicious!

Terrible Taste
Ridiculously sweet. Terrible taste. Promoted by Amazon but when I tried to return them I find out they are not returnable. Wonder why Amazon doesn't stand behind a product they promote . Deceptive. Don't order these!

Ugh more koolaid flavored sport ones
The electrolytes work as they should but why do all of the sport berry flavors taste like koolaid????? I mix a packet with 30 oz of water to make it tolerable.
