The bed appears to be very Sturdy. Had a little problem with the assembly, but thanks to their great customer service, I was able to resolve the problem, and everything works great.

I needed a quality hospital bed and I needed it fast. Medmart did a great job getting the bed to me. I was shocked at how quick the bed arrived. We needed this for my mom so they could be released from hospital. The bed seems to be great quality and the mattress is very comfortable. The full electric features on the control make it easy to get my mom up and out the bed. We did a lot of research on bed packages and this had the best durability and quality for the price. This package also had everything we needed to set my mom up at home.

The bed is fine, but the directions were horrible. First, they werent for the same bed, as they showed the mechanics in a different place and nothing to say how to unhook. Second the photos were blurry and in black and white. Third, customer service phone line just hung up you. Id pass on this one

Bed looks to be good quality. Assembly instructions have obviously been interpreted from another language to English and lacking significant information. Pictures that must be used to interpret instructions are very small. I used my phone to enlarge them to be of use. FYI

Nice frame and mattress, but the motor only worked for two weeks. I tried contacting customer service, but I didn't receive a response. I got someone from hospice who was familiar with installing hospital beds, and he could not get it to work. I tried customer service again, received one general email response, and then no responses to my follow-up emails. I ended up paying a junk hauling co to take it away.

Review: Acceptable Product, but Major Issues With Delivery, Assembly, and Support The hospital bed itself appears to be acceptable once fully assembled and in use. However, the overall setup experience and customer servicewas very disappointing. When the delivery arrived, multiple packages were damaged, with the ends of the cardboard boxes ripped open. This raised immediate concerns about handling during shipping. The assembly instructions were extremely difficult to understand. The directions were unclear and poorly organized, making the setup process frustrating and far more time-consuming than it should have been. Several parts were broken upon opening the packages. While we were eventually able to work around these issues, broken components should never arrive with a medical product. Customer service was also unacceptable. The only support option available was an online chat with the manufacturer, who told me they could not help and that I needed to contact the seller. Since the bed was purchased through Amazon, Amazon then directed me back to the manufacturer’s website, leaving me stuck between the two with no real assistance. We did eventually get the bed put together, but only because my brother was able to figure it out on his own. For someone without that level of problem-solving ability—or for a caregiver already under stress—this process could be extremely stressful. In summary, while the bed itself seems to function as intended, the damaged packaging, broken parts, confusing instructions, and lack of customer support make this a difficult product to recommend.

The bed came in with all the parts and the delivery was on time but the directions were confusing. Messaged the merchant and they had a technician call me and explained everything to me over the phone very good experience

I am so happy with our new hospital bed. It came much quicker than we expected. Buying a package made everything easier. I was on fence about buying this medical bed, after reading through the reviews I just decided to go for it. I’m not exactly bob the builder, but this was low-key the easiest bed to assemble. It came in four pieces and the directions were clear. I had been on the search for a medical bed for a while, I was pleased when it arrived in within the next week. Grandma loves the light up remote and I love that her feet can be elevated at night.
