Still Holding after 2 Years
Worked for me! The Windshield continues to maintain.

Doesn't work. Poor quality.
The "pressure" tube & plunger was leaky. So, it didn't apply pressure to liquid. The threading on the suction cup mount slipped. So, taction with the windshield couldn't be maintained. And, the silicon surface of the pressure tube was too small. So, liquid leaked out around the sides. This product was worse than zero value, because once the glue was set, the faulty repair prevented me from using another better designed kit. So, now I have to replace my windshield. This product should only be used for very small divots (5 mm or less) with no hairline cracks.

Just Meh
OK the product was not expensive so I guess I shouldn't expect much from China made stuff. The chip was extremely small and not deep and maybe thats why it made very small changes to the chip but I really expected the chip of that size to be turning out much better. I am very anal retentive and read the directions and even watched a few videos to ensure I am doing it correctly. I prepped the heck out of it and still the juice wasn't worth the squeeze. Still visible (was a 8 out of 10 on the annoying scale and not maybe a 6).So just be aware not to expect miracles from this product. I am thinking I might try another brand and not joe blows no name crap.

Will fill the crack, but not an invisible result
This windshield repair kit was pretty straightforward to use. The suction cup/resin insertion apparatus worked reasonably well. I don't know if it was human error on my part, but the chip was not 100% filled, as you will see in the photo. It was difficult to know whether I had placed the suction cup/resin insertion apparatus in the best location on the windshield.I left the curing film on the windshield for a few days, as I did not have a UV light and my car was parked in a location that doesn't receive much sunlight. It took about 30 minutes to fill the chip with resin, and then 15 minutes to remove the curing film and scrape the residual resin off the chip's surrounding with the provided razor blade.I am glad that the kit has 3 more bottles of resin, so I can use it again if I have another chip.

Works great!
I honestly think it is user error for such low stars because with a Jeep TJ and a Toyota FJ Cruiser, which are notorious for stars/cracks, this is needed and perfect! I purchased this in July 2023 and I've used it multiple times, including today. Works exactly like the people who get paid to do it thru your insurance. Quick and easy.

suction cups are useless - dangerous as likely make crack worse
this is SO cheapely made that the suction cups are pretty much useless (I clean them, tried wet, soapy, etc...). Just about eveytime I start tightening the insertion, 2 of the cups would loosen. First time I then tried to press the suction down again, I ended up putting too much pressure on the round inpact causing the crack to spider and extend out! exactly what I was trying to avoid!!!I JUST replaced a cracked windshield that spidered after some time and since I got a new impact again I figure I would fill it. Now the hole I can fill pretty good (after VERY CAREFULLY NOT PUTTING ANY PRESSURE) but the spider are almost impossible to fill now....Professional use a vacum instead of putting pressure and forcing the glue down - makes sense.THIS TOOL IS DANGEROUS and likely make it worse unless you ARE VERY VERY CAREFUL but then it barely works at best. waste of time and money...

Didn't do anything at all. Used it exactly as the confusing, direct from Chinese translated directions said to. The suction cups are not strong enough to create the kind of down force needed to allow for the screw down applicator to properly inject the solution into the crack. It did trickle in there but didn't create the kind of cohesion required for a seamless repair. Definitely did not make the hairline crack disappear as advertised. If anything it made the crack more noticeable, especially in sunlight. This was problematic as I purchased it to make sure I passed the state inspection. I did not. Ended up getting the windshield replaced. All in all, not worth the packaging it's shipped in. Just take it to the shop

Impressive
I watched some videos on using the rainx version which is identical to this. Take notes and the job will go smoother with 2 people. It is easy to have the screw part on the plunger upside down but it flips over (a duh moment). Over all I was impressed with how easy and well it worked. There is still a tiny spot and evidence of the spread but it is 90% better and holding. Having used this kind of product before I expect it to last 3-4 years unless resins have gotten better in the last 10 years.
