I originally bought this with the spray bottle and this is the first time I've had to replace it. This cleaner works really well. I have 2 house rabbits who sometimes use their litter trays and sometimes they don't, so this stuff is ideal. It's not harmful to them at all. They have their own room and I use this in a steam cleaner and clean all the floor and their hutch. It's great! It smells pleasant and not at all overpowering. It removes the smell of rabbit wee from the flooring, litter trays and hutch. It lasts for ages as you only need a small amount. The bottle has 2 lids. You remove one lid and squeeze the liquid into the small section then pour this into a spray bottle and fill with water. It recommends you use warm water, which is why I pour it into the steam cleaner. Although warm water in a spray bottle works too. I've tried a variety of cleaners for my rabbits room and this is definitely the best. I would definitely recommend.

I was looking for a product that was safe to use in our rat cage, but one that also had the capability of removing the strong odour that comes from buck urine. Look no further! This is such a great product and ticks all the boxes for me. It has made cleaning the cage quick and easy and a far more pleasurable experience than before. It also has a lovely scent and the cage no longer permanently smells. The smell comes back, but this product neutralises it, so after cleaing it is fresh rather than having a lingering background smell of urine. Where other products seemed to rinse the urine away leaving a lingering smell deep into the cage that seemed impossible to remove. This one removes it completely (thank goodness.) I also think this is a product my vet uses. I recognised the pleasant smell and it made me feel even more confident using the product. The reason I gave it four stars rather than five is because I do think it is expensive. Like another reviewer, I also initially purchased the spray bottle. If you have rats too, buy this product, but get a spray bottle!

This is amazing stuff! I was a bit sceptical at first, but it clears the smell from my ferret pen and my mother in law used it to clean up after her latest foster dog: it really does get rid of the smell of urine etc, and no worries about residual chemicals.

I prefer this product to the prefilled products you can purchase because not only is this safe to use directly on your animals (soiled paws for example), which few of the others ever state; you can mix this to the concentration that you want and as such adjust it depending on where you're using it and why and mix it with warm water for better activation. I have an oiled wooden floor and this is not stripping it in the way another product did but nor is my puppy repeat soiling, so it definitely works. I use a little through my wash when I am washing his blankets, toys etc too. And it's far more cost effective than other products. Highly recommended.

I'm very pleased with this product. It does what it says (I checked the results with a UV black light torch) and I love the fact that it's safe for pets and humans alike. it has a refreshing smell.

It doesn't work! It's very frustrating because it's so expensive and it's an absolute waste of money!

This is fantastic for cleaning up after my indoor bunnies. My mini lop had a bit of a upset tummy and his poop was very soft and runny. Some had hardened over night. But a little bit of spray to soak it, then left for 10mins - it broke down the poop and wiped up easily. Other cheaper products work but they didn’t have all natural ingredients, so I had to put my bunnies in their homes when cleaning. So I’m really happy that this is completely pet friendly and my bunnies can still run around when I’m cleaning the laminate flooring. The only negative comment which is reflected in only 4 stars given, is that it is a bit too expensive really and could be cheaper.

Bei uns lebt ein Rudel glücklicher Rattendamen, die ihre Häufchen ganz vorbildlich in die vorgesehene Nagertoilette machen. Manchmal, wenn eine Dame zum beispiel aus dem Nickerchen aufwacht und auf einmal eine ganz volle Blase hat oder einfach faul ist, ist der Weg die fünf Ebenen zur Toilette runter zu kraxeln doch ein wenig weit und dann landet es manchmal eben auch mal auf den Ebenen oder auf dem Dach eines Häuschens. Zu unserem Leidwesen steht der Rattenpalast in einer schlecht zu belüftenden Ecke der Wohnung, weswegen man solche "Missgeschicke" sehr schnell riecht. Da tauchte dieser Reiniger quasi als Geschenk des Himmels auf. :P Den Essig und das warme Leitungswasser hat er allemale abgelöst, da Essig doch auch nach mehrmaligem abspühlen ziemlich unangenehm riecht. Der große Vorteil: Der Reiniger hinterlässt überhaupt keinen Eigeneruch, sondern neutralisiert den Uringeruch komplett. Seither fühle ich mich wesentlich wohler, Gäste zu empfangen und die Ratties tollen wie eh und je. Noch ein Pro-Tipp: Die Transportbox, wenn's mal zum Tierarzt geht, kurz davor damit sauber machen und die Babies schlüpfen ohne Gezanke in die Box, scheinbar neutralisiert das Mittel auch böse Tierarzt-Erinnerungen oder zumindest die Gerüche, die wir so gar nicht wahrnehmen - ist wohl wahrscheinlicher. :P Eignet sich auch super, wenn doch mal so ein "Missgeschick" auf dem Sofa passiert - hinterlässt keine Spuren und garnichts. Zudem ist das Konzentrat sehr ergibig, wir haben den Reiniger jetzt ein dreiviertel Jahr und er ist gerade mal zur Hälfte aufgebraucht. Unsere Rattendamen Blu, Daisy, Hazel und Susi und wir empfehlen dieses Produkt herzlichst. :)

Leí en las reseñas que a mucha gente no vio resultados hasta la tercera aplicación. En mi caso, desde la primera aplicación ha sido 100% efectivo. Hemos terminado con el problema del olor y las manchas y además los perros han dejado de orinar en todos esos sitios que tenían viciados. El olor es sumamente agradable, solo hay que fijarse al hacer la disolución en la dosis correcta, pero una vez hecho, dura muchísimo, sobre todo al ser tan eficaz. En mi caso sí vienen las instrucciones en español. Un inconveniente que veo es el formato del envase, que aunque viene con un hueco dosificador, no he conseguido aprender a usarlo, tal vez sería mucho más útil un simple tapón marcado con la dosificación. Efectividad, en mi caso, con 2 perros, 100%. No confiaba en que se resolviera el problema, pero ha sido todo un acierto.

Compré este producto para el exterior y resultó ser más útil para zonas concretas, tipo alfombras, muebles, etc. Elimina el olor al momento. En exterior no es viable de usar ya que la cantidad de producto es muy pequeña. Aún y así, muy buen producto.

Truc le Plus efficace sur les odeurs de pipi de chat. Fonctionne sur le bois, les meubles, les matelas. Sur les tissus, il faut quand même un lavage machine après.
