I purchased the 7 pack several months ago & got reasonably good results . So I decided to purchase again . However this time the box of 7 went out of availability & cancelled . So a box of 14 appeared & I bought them . I use these sparingly as of right now mainly because I can't be bothered . I do have a dentist visit coming up soon so I'll start using them on a regular basis . They do work & I find that putting them in on dry teeth & pinning them in place with a night guard works very well . These things do tend to slid on your teeth & 30 minutes can't go by fast enough . Yes they leave behind a residue which can be brushed away followed by mouth wash . They do work & I found better than using whitening tooth paste .

They work at whitening your teeth and there is no sensitivity, HOWEVER... If your teeth are yellow and stained, these strips will make them whiter. If your teeth are naturally on the whiter side and you want to make them even whiter, these strips are not powerful enough to make this happen. Don't purchase these strips if you wish to have that bright "Hollywood" white smile. The ingredients in these strips can't accomplish that. Instead, have them professionally done in the office.

Love these are non toxic and don’t have harsh chemicals like other brands, my teeth are glowing after one use.

I bought the combo set of paste and strips. THE PASTE: PROS - has a good taste, natural ingredients, and NO fluoride. Been using for the last 6-8 months now, and recently had a dental cleaning. In all my years of ‘cleaning’ visits, this is the first time my hygienist DIDN’T do ANY scrape’g of my back bottom teeth…she said there was nothing to scrape. CONS - none THE STRIPS PROS -easy to use, offers a bit of whiting after time if one is regular about its use. CONS -it’s an ‘acquired’ feeling after removing the strips, as it gives off residual clumps of the whitener. One can just toothbrush it off after removing the strips, but after many usages, I just let the clumps dissolve on their own…as I like to think it’s continued working power goes beyond removing the strips. Who knows.
