Wonderful cervical support
This neck support pillow does exactly what I need it to do. 1--It compresses into a small pouch making it easy to carry in my back pack when I travel. 2--it does require 'blowing up', but only takes about 6-7 breaths. 3--you can wear it in several different ways in order to lean back and nap or lean forward to read a book. 4--It stabilized my neck so that the bumps of 'flying' and landing did not cause me any discomfort.I also use it as a passenger on car trips and it has also helped alleviate the discomfort of a long trip. I am very happy with this little support pillow. Also, it deflates quickly and easily. And I can leave it thoroughly inflated for more support or deflate a little for a softer feel.

Contacted the Company for replacement of a leaky pillow under warranty - No Response at all!
We bought two of these for a trip to Europe. They are very comfortable and easy to use and are supposed to have a one year warranty.Unfortunately, one of them leaked so it was basically useless. We emailed the company for a warranty replacement and they did not even bother to respond.Our travel partners bought two of them as well and one of theirs leaked too. They also emailed the company but got no response.I can understand an occasional leak with any blow-up product, but I can't understand the company totally ignoring customers requesting help with a defective product.

Great product if it would stay inflated!
Purchased this a few days before my European trip and 12 hour flight. I had very high expectations. Settled into my seat and blew up the pillow. I like the large blow hole. Easy to inflate and deflate. Unfortunately it had an automatic deflate option. After 5-8 minutes my pillow was soft and empty of air. I hope this was a fluke and my second one I will exchange will work. I cannot recommend this product! Stay away!

Doesn't just work well as a pillow...it's lightweight, compact and fast/easy to inflate/deflate
Was surprised how easy this pillow is to inflate/deflate - and how many different positions are possible that don't work with most travel pillows. And it's lightweight and compact. Would make a great gift for any frequent traveler.

Don't buy this
Filling with air is easy and fast but the cap will not stay on. I used it for my trip to europe and the cap kept falling off.

Simple and comfortable!
Such a versatile pillow and so easy to inflate and deflate! This one trumps them all! No need to get anything else. This pillow allows for a comfortable rest no matter the position or where you're seated. The best!

Much more comfortable than anticipated
Much more comfortable than anticipated!! The ability to easily maneuver the pillow in multiple positions is a life saver! Pillow stows in small container compared to other travel pillows. I really like the inflate-ability feature and valve, very convenient!!! Awesome innovation!!!
