The home gym was delivered quickly. It came in 3 boxes and the instructions were pretty easy to follow. It took me a few hours to put together but I was able to do it all by myself. A few of the parts were slightly bent in shipping but I was able to persuade them into position. Overall I am happy for the value for the money. Update: After about 5 months, the linear bearings on the Smith Bar started binding. There was bearing material ending up on the bar. I contacted Mikolo, the manufacturer, and received a speedy response. They quickly sent me the parts that I needed and the problem got rectified. Great customer service.

The gym arrived via FedEx in three separate boxes that weigh about 130lbs each. Everything was exceptionally well packaged, and I did not have a single damaged part. Assembly is straightforward and takes one person about 4 hours, though this would obviously be faster if you have a friend to help. You’ll need a socket set and some Allen wrenches to assemble. The kit includes some basic wrenches that will work, but they’re not the greatest quality. Also if you have an electric ratchet that will speed the process along considerably. One thing I really liked is that the hardware for assembly (nuts and bolts) was all individually packaged to correspond with each step in the instructions. That definitely helps with keeping things organized. They also included an odds & ends package of extra bolts and washers just in case you lose or damage any during installation. I thought that was a nice touch. I’ve only worked out on the unit a few times since I got it built, but I can say it’s very solid. There is very little movement when doing exercises and I feel safe using all the features. Overall I would definitely recommend this gym for the price. Just make sure to measure and ensure you have the space for it because it is quite large.

Overall this is a decent beginner set up. I bought it for hip thrusts and squats but the Smith bar isn't ideal for more than I'd say 120lbs or it gets wobbly. The height works for me at 5'5" for lat pull downs but I have to find a low bench for now I'm sitting on the floor. The T-bar is exactly what I needed.

The Mikolo Smith rack does an excellent job at being able to work out most parts of the body, therefore is quite versatile without additional equipment. The rack feels quite sturdy, but can feel wobbly when heavier individuals perform pullups or dips. Currently, this is the most bang-for-buck rack you will find on the market new. It can support a ton of weight, so no worries on it breaking on you.

I don't often write reviews but I will say that although the delivery took a little longer, I'm very impressed with a packaging. The equipment was package very meticulously. I was worried that some parts or tools were missing, but everything was as expected. Everything was labeled which made it so much easier to put it together. The directions were easy to follow. Although I already had some accessoriies it's nice to have extra plus there was extra locking clips because one could never have enough. The equipment is very sturdy and pulley system is smooth. I still need to figure out the weight of the smith machine bar and pulley ratio. The only drawback is that for the cable it only goes low to the certain degree. It doesn't go all the way down as you would see in the gym, so to do for example kickbacks or any isolated glute workout your range of motion will hit different. Also same for smith machine if you want to perform hip thrust the range of motion at the bottom is limited. I still have to put together the dip and safety bar. Overall very impressed and can't wait to get my next workout in.

Not quite gym quality but close not for people over 6 feet as the rack is short and you will limit the travel during squatting, no super smooth re racking the weights but you get used to it, would have gotten 4 stars but the pegs to store the weights the bolts were way too short and will have to source the hardware at HD. You will need a socket set and a drill and some box end wrenches as the tools supplied are trash. I will say I feel great being able to work out at home and not go to a gym and you will get a decent work out on this machine.

FYI, this product was shipped to me in two separate parts. Both heavy packages, so please thank Fed Ex! I had my husband help me since I get so anxious when I see a lot of tools and items. Each box has a number so use that in steps to better help you assemble. Try to follow the video here on Amazon, that got me through it, or atleast to help my know-it-all husband assemble it with me. Definitely have some patience, I did this atleast in two days, but you could definitely do it in one day if you have the time. Use some grease on the metal poles to really get that bar move smooth to go up and down for your RDL's other than that, you might need a step platform if you're short! I am 5'0, and I need to purchase a step platform to do my RDL's. Other than that, it's perfect for me and it gets the job done for leg days :)
