I love the skewers for cooking shish kabobs. They are longer than my other set so the handles don't burn on the grill when cooking. They are nice and sturdy and the flat blade keeps the meat & vegetables on the skewer.

The skewers are very sturdy and the stainless steel sheet metal is thick enough to cope with heavy meat slices. I actually wanted Brazilian skewers and ended up settling for those, this is the closest you gonna get to a Brazilian skewer. A minor annoyance is that the wooden handles should be a little wider than the metal blade itself to prevent you from feeling the heated blade when you hold it in your hand, since the handle itself is a wooden block sandwich around the blade. Overall, I highly recommend this skewers.

It's a good product but make sure that cleaning it for a couple of times before the first use as it has a black residue on it. You can simply test it with a white paper towel. If you swipe it, you will see the black residue.

Very big skewers. They are very wide, it makes it hard to cook tomatoes, mushrooms, onion or pineapples, but at the same time it is awesome to cook meat! It heats meat from inside

So they weren't quite long enough, but that was my own fault on measuring. The handles however, I had to wrap them in duct take before using. 3 came cracked or just missing a chunk and were splintering. Won't order again.

I haven’t used them yet as I’m waiting for summer but will make great kebabs!
