I do some amateur recording, for which I use studio monitors and headphones, and have come to strongly dislike the usual type of earphone with boosted boom and tizz. To me, these sound much more balanced and pleasant across the spectrum, and they're not wildly expensive. A good buy.

Unbelievable bargain. So good that I have bought three more pairs. Honestly, the sound is on a par with other earphones I have costing twenty times more.

So theese are uncomfortable which might just be my ear. They need a rubber housing added to keep it tight when in use which I had to use electrical tape for. They aren't great sound quality but I wasnt really expecting anything amazing. When they get tugged by a door handle well the image shows. Good for a quick fix but do leak quite a bit when on calls or doing takes.

Good sound for the price audio and spoken

Having had several iems costing £100 plus I bought these based on a review in a high end Hifi magazine stating they were as good as some at £200 for under £10 so thought I would try (why not at this price) at first listening they were very harsh however after a period of burning in they just got better just the right balance of top end and bass for me. They are the most comfortable iems I have had yet. Will be buying more when these finally die as all iems do.

l give them 5 starts in relation to the $13 l paid for them. Given the price and how extremely overpriced audio products are, l think this product deserves full 5 stars. Having said the above, what else can you expect? 1- Excellent packaging (it seems a pricier product); great looks; cable not sensitive to microphonics (although a bit prone to tangling); fairly comfortable (when lying in bed/couch, never tried them on the go). 2- Sound: bassy. Away from neutral. Bass really has impact (it shakes your skull; you truly feel the bass as opposed to only hear it). Mids and treble are rather forward, sometimes a bit metallic (At the price point the sound is excellent as long as you like bassy sound). l think the ATE will please most people (who like bass presence in their music). 3- Ear-tips: It comes with 3 sets (S/M/L. Please see picture attached). Small and Large are silicone ones; medium size are rubber). Usually, l wear 'medium' but, to my ears, the rubber tips are more like... 'rubbish.' They ridiculously downgrade the sound from excellent to awful (or from a 'keeper' to a 'let me return/throw away' this junk. YMMV). l contacted the seller and got a, "No, we can't send you a nice silicone medium size pair." At least seller replied promptly and politely. Just keep in mind that the rubber ear-tips prompted me to throw the ATEs away but, the moment l gave the large silicone ones a try, l understood why all the hype about these IEMs. At $13 (and only if you like bassy sound) you'll be happy. Now, keep in mind that if you have other HPs like, for example, the reliable Beyer DT-770, then you'll be downgrading in your audio. The moment l switch from the ATEs to the Beyers or my HD-650s, l realize how much audio l was missing (bear in mind the huge price difference among the three). Now, at night, when l go to bed, these IEMs come handy (my wife doesn't complain as it appears they don't leak sound). Overall, l recommend them and l would buy them again.

Excelente sonido, ecualizacion bastante neutral, con bajos muy potentes pero nada exagerado, los recomiendo para monitoreo en vivo o ensayo por su comodidad, se ajustan perfectamente al oido y el cable parece resistente.

As far as sound quality goes, I'm not sure there are many other earbuds this good you can get at this price. For $60CAD+ somewhere else, you're getting the sound here for around $23CAD. These earbuds have a nice well rounded sound delivering a lot of detail and incredibly clear music. But if you're used to the bass heavy headphones and earbuds that have become popular, you might be a little unsatisfied feeling that these will not give your music the "oomph" you're looking for. So if that's the case, I may recommend looking somewhere else. But for price, I would encourage you to at least try these earbuds out, you might be surprised. However, these earbuds have some design quirks I'm not a huge fan of. 1.) (SUBJECTIVE) They're not super comfortable. They're big, bulky and can hurt after a while if not put in properly. 2.) The cord's exterior is made from some kind of silicone, meaning its squishy and has a lot of friction. So when these earbuds are a little tangled it is SUPER annoying and can be difficult to untangle them. 3.) I have some concerns about how long the wire will last, its pretty thin and seems like after a little stress they will fray. 4.) You have to push these earbuds in pretty far into your ears to get the full sound. Overall, if you don't care so much about comfort, and really only care about the sound, these earbuds will be perfect. But if you intend to bring these around with you all the time, on public transportation, while jogging or biking, I can imagine these will NOT last very long after a couple snags. And you don't want to be distracted by uncomfortable earbuds while exercising. Update: With the rubber tips provided, the comfort level definitely improves, however I cant help but feel they somewhat change the sound and for the worse. Some subtle sound distortion and a less rich sound.

Hará 1 año aproximadamente que compré estos auriculares, sonaban muy bien sí, pero en un año los he tenido que tirar. Empecé a notar menor volumen en el izquierdo hasta que se apagó. Soy muy cuidadoso con los auriculares, tengo varios de distintos tipos y estos los guardaba en funda, tengo cuidado al quitármelos para no dar tirones al cable, haciendo que puedan estropear el auricular y en un año he tenido que tirarlos. No recomiendo su compra, mala experiencia con su durabilidad. El sonido era bueno.
