Listen, I'm a good employee and all, but I need distractions to keep my mind going throughout the day. If you're neurodivergent/have ADHD and work or think better when your hands are occupied, this toy fits the bill spectacularly. It's just science-y enough to make you feel like you're learning something, but also is just insanely fun. It's great to use at your desk during an annoying Zoom or phone call, and there are endless different ways to play with it: make long strings of magnets, use one magnet to push around another, make sculptures, or just squish it around in your hands for stress relief. I love the pretty oil slick-esque rainbow coloring, too. Two of my coworkers have already bought their own after seeing mine. Only con is the carrying tin came a little dented, so it's kind of tough to close with all the magnets inside. I just keep mine in a pile on my desk instead.

Weak magnets but they stick together pretty well. The tin they came in is magnetic so they dont fall out, but if you drop them they go all over the place. Easy cleanup, but you might lose some magnets if you're throwing them around lol. Nice feel, they're metal so they're cool/cold, and they're very smooth. Bought a couple packs to give as stocking stuffers and the verdict is that they're pretty neat. Came with exactly 516 little magnets (yes I counted 💀), which is a decent handful. Definitely not for small children and should not be kept around pets-- even though the magnets are weak they're absolutely a choking hazard and, like any other magnet, should NOT be swallowed.

We bought five of these for our grandsons they all loved them!!! They are all older and had fun!!!

I bought the Medium size in the Color style, and so far I enjoy it. If you’re not throwing them around, but kneading and squeezing them, they stay together just fine. A lot of reviews talk about the magnetism not being strong enough, but it sounds like they expect to be able to build with these magnets, which is not the point. They may be a little loud if in an office space or classroom, but for use at home it isn’t loud. I think these are fine for the price, and Medium is enough for fidget use but not too much to be impractical. I don’t recommend using the metal tin they come in however, because they’re strong enough to stick to the sides, making it inconvenient to get them out Edit 9/29/25: After washing them in soap and water couple times and regular use, it’s apparent that the coloring of the magnets is a sort of coating, which has began to rub off as get on my hands. As the coating comes off, it ends up leaving the magnets feeling much less smooth when rubbing against each other, and the coating gets on your fingers and causes you to leave very noticeable orange-ish fingerprints on anything you touch.

I work in an elementary school and got these for some of the students who like fidgets. I have fallen in love with them and keep them at my desk! I hold them in my left hand as I am writing with my right hand, and love to squish them and move them between my fingers. While on the phone, I use the magnetic sides to hook rows together. They are very calm and quiet. They help me focus by allowing me to mindlessly move them around. The students love them too. They are very sturdy and will last no matter how many of us use them. For the price, it is an excellent fidget tool. They will last longer then many of my fidgets as they will not break or leak.

Blue and green are both metallic. Pink, orange, and yellow are all matte. It is very soft putty-like, though, because the magnetism is so mild. They won't stay in a string, though, which is what I was hoping for. Also, kf you've touched ones that are silver, know that the color coating makes the stones less cold to the touch than those.

These Silver stones are as exactly as described and of the quality I was really hoping for. I previously purchased both the Black and Colorful products and was really wanting these to be of a Hi-Gloss finish, just as thy are pictured on the product page. They did not disappoint. These are a great item to have on your desk when attending those long and winding status meetings.

It was a gift. They love sensory things. Great for the price.
