We absolutely love the Newton Baby Bassinet! The quality is amazing—very sturdy, well-made, and thoughtfully designed. Assembly was quick and easy, which was such a relief as new parents. Everything fit together perfectly, and it felt solid right away. Most importantly, my son slept so great in it. He seemed comfortable and secure, and it gave us peace of mind knowing he was sleeping on such a high-quality, breathable mattress.

I wanted to wait a couple months to make this review so that I can get the full feel for this bed. I am obsessed with the bedside bassinet. I have a 3-month-old and being able to keep her right next to me at night has made such a difference for feeding and my peace of mind. What sold me on this one is the breathable design — the entire thing, including the mattress, feels so safe. My baby loves it and sleeps really well in it, which is honestly the biggest win of all. Things I love: • Breathable mesh on all sides: I don’t have anxiety if she wiggles toward the edge, I can see her and she can breathe through it. • The mattress is actually comfortable but still firm and safe — so many bassinets have those stiff cardboard-feeling pads! • Height adjusts perfectly to my bed so I can reach her easily without sitting up. • Super sturdy — no wobbling when she moves. • Storage shelf underneath for swaddles, extra pajamas, and burp cloths so everything is right there during the night. A few notes: • It’s on the heavier side compared to some bassinets, but I’ll take sturdy over flimsy any day. • It’s a little pricier, but for me the safety and sleep we’re getting makes it 100% worth it. Overall, I love that I can soothe her, watch her breathe, and grab her quickly for night feedings without worrying she’s unsafe. If you’re a mom who wants baby close while still following safe sleep guidelines — this is perfect. I would absolutely buy it again!

We absolutely love everything about this bassinet! It was incredibly easy to put together and feels very sturdy, yet it’s surprisingly lightweight enough to move when needed. Maintenance is a breeze—it’s very easy to clean, which is a huge plus for us. Most importantly, our little girl sleeps so well in it. The adjustable height made it easy to match perfectly with our bed, and the zipper side is a game-changer. It makes interacting with her in the morning so much fun and makes nighttime check-ins much easier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any new parent!

Love this bassinet! It’s adjustable and sturdy. It is sleek and modern looking & great quality. Peace of mind while my baby sleeps. I will say only 4 stars because what would really make this great would be if it was better at being portable. It’s big which is nice but not the easiest to move around, some wheels or even just some way to collapse it without completely taking it apart would be nice but aside from that it truly is amazing. Also some storage would be a great way to improve this but not necessary, just would make it better.

I love the sleek design of this Newton bassinet! It is easy to assemble (took me less than 10 mins) and lightweight to move. This can function as a standalone bassinet or a bedside sleeper. It is a gray size for a bassinet and the mesh sides make your baby easily visible at all times. While we will not utilize the bedside sleeper, this is a lovely feature. The accessible side has C a nice height to it that would provide comfort of your child being able to remain in the bassinet but close to you and easy to get to. The height is adjustable so the bassinet can be at your preferred height or adjusted to the height of your bed for the sleeper. Overall, the functionality, design and quality are why I would definitely recommend this bassinet

Best bedside bassinet we’ve tried. Worked up to 6 months and could have gone longer but we transitioned to a standard crib. Height adjustment worked perfectly to raise to our mattress level. Sturdy and soft mattress was easy to change sheets. We kept it bedside but it is light and easily moveable if you were to take it around the house. Worth the money, wish we started with this and didn’t mess with less expensive options.

My only regret about this bassinet is that we didn’t buy it sooner. It’s roomy, breathable, and light enough to pull close to the bed. Baby seems comfy on the mattress. The mattress cover itself can be removed and washed, which is helpful for spit up and other accidents that might go through the sheet. The height adjustment is great.
