Excellent little neck/pocket fixed blade
What a great little knife. I included a picture because some people don't seem to realize just how small this is. Being so small, thin, and light makes it easy to toss in a pocket or wear around your neck on a necklace. Ergonomics are excellent for a knife this size but still a little lacking if you're used to larger knives, though the included paracord really helps if you use it to wrap the frame. The included sheath is very well made and tight. So tight, that it's difficult to get the knife out if you just yank. However grabbing the knife by the finger choil and pushing the thumb ramp on the sheath lets it slide out smoothly and easily, so if you're having trouble with the sheath being too tight try that. I've included a video showing that technique. It makes it so easy the sheath goes flying if if you aren't holding it, so careful. Will make pulling the knife from a necklace effortless.

Knife is good but Sheath is not
Pro: The size of the knife is very good for using as a neck knife, the handle fit my hand quite good even without wrapping with paracord. Knife come relatively sharp out of the box. Con: Sheath is like making in another factory, it just don’t fit well, you need to push VERY hard to let the sharp edge sit in place. Once it is in, you cannot pull it out if your hand is slippery or wet. I end up pulling it out by wrapping the handle with a dry towel. I believe after the break in period, eventually it would be working fine. But before that... WATCH YOU FINGER and DONT CUT YOURSELF!!!

Great little knife to wear around the neck.
I like this knife. It didn't cost much and does what I want, which is to wear around my neck while hiking. It does not come wrapped with the 550 cord although it is included. It was sharp right out of the box. I should have my arm hair with it. A previous poster gave this knife 1 star because he showed in his video that the knife falls out of the sheath. The guy was obviously not smart enough to push the knife all the way into the sheath. You have to push hard and then you will hear a click. Once you hear that click that knife is NOT falling out of the sheath. It is in there very securely. Just make sure you push hard.

Force the click
I gave it 5 stars because they don't have 6! After reading the reviews I too was disappointed that the knife would not "click"into the sheath no matter how hard I pushed. Then I stood it on its end and hit it with a hammer and it "clicked". It was hard to pull out but after a few in and outs it got a lot easier. There is a bump in the sheath that the choil (the, small notch at the heel of the blade) Has to click over. Once the blade cuts over this bump in the sheath a few times it loosens up. I even added a little Vaseline. Only one small complaint. I wish the spine was sharp enough to strike a Ferrell rod. Other than that I would highly recommend this knife

The sheath
The blade is very nice, good size, very sharp and really nice quality, my sheath was a problem, it was very loose and there was no way the blade would stay in, to make it click like they say you would have to hit it with a hammer, i put it in the oven and then in a smooth vice, heated it and clamped it, I was able to get it to click and remove the way it should have from the beginning, another thing is they give you a piece of para cord that is for the handle and no bead chain or additional cord for your neck.

Production defects continue
Got the product. Knife looks good, sharp, scabbard is strong Kydex. Let's click it in and then paracord the handle. This is where everything went wrong. The knife WILL NOT go into the scabbard. Description says, "push hard." Yeah . . . no. A storm giant, maybe. But the knife would not budge for me. I had to stop when I considered what would happen if I stressed the scabbard too much by pushing, and it fractured, and then I drove the point into my other hand. And also: if it took that much to get it into the scabbard, what would it take to get it out again? After all, I want to deploy this thing while it hangs around my neck. I don't want to strangle myself trying to remove it. So, big problem. This product is a system. Knife is worthless without the scabbard to securely hang from. Return the product. Order a new one. THE REPLACEMENT WAS PRECISELY THE SAME. The knife *would not* click into the scabbard. Again, worthless. And to add insult to injury: I got cut by the knife trying to get it into the scabbard. Because I couldn't believe that any company could have such poor quality-control of their product, and kept trying to make it fit. One problematic item is a one-off. Two is a quality-control issue. I will never order from Tangram again. Black-listed, no buy, no recommend, until the stars fall and the earth is silent. I don't care if this company becomes the Maserati of tactical knifes twenty years from now, never again. No. I can only recommend: do not waste your time. Go with a better company.

Good product for the price.
Well made knife. Kinda small for bigger hands, but easy to use. Mine needed to be sharpened. The sheath was very tight. Almost couldn't get the knife in or out. After working the it into and back out multiple times, it loosens up enough.

Best neck knife
Perfect knife. the low price is just the cherry on top. Sheath is an easy fix. The sheath was too tight. The average human being could not possibly push the knife hard enough into the sheath to make it snap. I doubled up a couple of Emery boards and ran them in and out of the sheath where the bump is for about 5 minutes. Then I rinsed it with water and then alcohol to get any plastic filings out. Fixed it no problem. It does not need anything in my opinion. it is a necklace scalpel and feels very comfortable without a cord wrap in my small meaty hands. The edges of the handle are very soft not sharp but the jimping is very aggressive. It is a very useful handy airweight. A good sandvik type of steel. I have never had a bad Japanese steel in the 45 years I have been buying and selling and collecting knives. Also comes with a small thick branded polishing cloth.
