I bought this Traumeel and I have to say I've been quite surprised. I started using it for joint pain and muscle aches, and I noticed an improvement in just a few days. They're a great addition to my elderly pups mealtime to help with joint pain. I take them too from time to time when I'm achy, but I generally reach for advil.

This is no magic wand but it does reduce pain and inflammation, especially if taken after any accident. It just mutes and distributes the effect, whether that's pain or bruising or whatever. I'm a great faller so I've found that if I take this it minimizes the overall impact of the damage from the fall.

I've used Arnica for years. My dog's holistic vet recommended this for my dog and I'd never heard of it! But I've been using it and it absolutely helps with bruising, inflammation, and muscle soreness. It's kind of expensive, so that's the only negative because plain Arnica is much more affordable, but I think I will still buy it again.
