I was eager to try this new Eureka floor cleaner because lugging out the mop and bucket to wash floors is a chore. This 2-in-1 vacuum & mop combo seemed like a great solution. After doing my floors with it for a few weeks now, I'm very impressed. Assembly is crazy easy - click the body onto the base and charge it fully. The battery runs for a solid 30 minutes before needing a recharge. It feels lightweight and moves smoothly on both tile and laminate floors. The motorized brush roll picks up surface crumbs and dirt. Then the microfiber mop pad scrubs up stuck-on gunk. It keeps the clean and dirty water separate in two tanks too. I have two shedding dogs so I still need to vacuum thoroughly first with my regular machine. But that takes just 10 minutes. It tackles all the grimy buildup and leaves my floors looking freshly mopped in half the time it used to take. It maneuvers into corners and under cabinets like a champ. The swivel head reaches tight spots. Emptying and rinsing the tanks out afterwards is simple. I love that my floors are now so easy to keep clean. No more lugging buckets, wringing out filthy mop heads, and waiting for floors to dry. This rechargeable cleaner makes washing floors fast and hassle-free. My tiles and laminate look shiny new again. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone wanting an easy all-in-one vac & floor washing system. It's made an annoying chore so much simpler.

This thing is fantastic works great on the floor for cleaning and mopping. Also, does a great job at picking up the dirt. We love it.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. It worked great for about a month, now it won't stay powered on! I only have this a very short time. I have a large house with all hardwood & tile. I was a little annoyed that the canisters for the clean & dirty were weren't very large, but chalked it up to 6,000 sq ft of house. I do not use this every day as my primary cleaning appliance BUT now when I do, it shuts down after about 3 minutes of use & every time I try to turn it back on it shuts down as soon as my finger is off the power button. I should've known better to stick with Bissell products . I have 2 Siberian Huskies, a great Dane, 4 cats & 2 ferrets. WHEN it worked, it DID pick up the hair etc, but I need an appliance I can DEPEND ON to power up & STAY ON when I need it! When my husband just spilled water at 1am & I tried to use this Eureka to quickly mop it up & it kept shutting down, THATS NOT DEPENDABLE! I had to go get my mop & bucket, fill it up & clean the floor. I will be returning this tomorrow after a call to Amazon!

I first want to say this mop vac does a great job cleaning. There are two cons when your done using it and power it off it leaves water behind. Second the dirty water bin doesn't tell you when it's full you have keep check on it or it will leak dirty water out the vac bottom. With that said it does clean hard floors well no sticky residue from the cleaner that comes with it and it shines my floor which is laminated. It is easy to empty and clean the self cleaner is nice but there is still some dirt behind the roller you have wipe out but not really a big deal just use a rag out paper towel this is to avoid clogs. It has to speeds low speed for minor spills and high speed for stuck on food which it does take a few passes if it's stuck on but it does well to remove it. Not for carpet use unfortunately but I don't have much carpet so no big thing for me. But if you don't mind the the few cons I mentioned then I think it's a great tool just remember it probably won't completely take sweeping and mopping out of the equation especially if you have animals or children.

I used to vacuum all my hardwood floors, which took about 15 minutes, and then mopped the floors, which took another 20 or so minutes. And then I had to wait for the floors to dry. This vacuum mop saves me from having to go over the floors twice and it also dries nearly instantly. On top of that, I can get all my floors cleaned using around 16oz of water/cleaner as opposed to the 3.5gallons of water/cleaner I used with my old mop bucket. This works as advertised and has powered through long human hair as well as clumpy golden retriever hair. It vacuums up large and small crumbs with no problem (It sucked up a whole pretzel twist along with the usual cheerios/breadcrumbs/etc) and also mops up dried drink drips with no problem. This is a breeze to clean up with the self-cleaning cycle doing about 95% of the work. The mop roller removes easily and cleans up quickly. The included brush helps to clean the vacuum head if you notice some dirt accumulation. I set this vacuum up for failure from the get-go and it exceeded expectation. I had a pretty busy party full of finger food, various drinks, and lots of people tracking in dirt. I cleaned the floor using none of the included solution and cold tap water (as opposed to the recommended warm water) and not only did it clean my entire space with a lot of battery to spare, but the floors were mostly streak-free and with no noticeable smudges to go over again. And it did it all with around 16oz of water! The disposal of the dirty water tank is so much easier and cleaner to do than dumping an entire mop bucket of dirty water, as well. My second cleaning using this vacuum/mop went even better as I used the included formula and the floors were clean as expected but also did not have any streaks and had a nice semi-shiny clean look to them. This is easily the best floor cleaning solution I have purchased for my tile floor.

I really wanted to leave a good review about this mop vac but with the poor customer service I've had it has been a nightmare. I recently had a shoulder replacement surgery so I'm very limited on what I can do with that arm. I can't sweep and mop with my arm like it is so I purchased the Eureka mop vac to make my life easier. It started off working great. I could easily clean my floors with my one good arm. It was so helpful being able to do the work of sweeping and mopping with my one arm. The convenience of having a mop vac was fantastic. I chose this particular one because of the reviews, and it was in my price range. After 2 months, it stopped working. It no longer powers up. I sent customer service a message and they kindly responded. They asked me to send a pic of the of the invoice and model number. They also wanted my name and address. I did all that. Apparently they didn't get it because I had to send it a few more times. After a week of emailing back and forth I gave customer service a call. Again I was told to email that information so I sent it all again. Then I was told to send a picture of the mop vac. I did and I repeatedly got emails saying they were waiting on me to send the picture of the mop vac. I ended up sending it 3 times. That's when I decided to give them another call. Now it's been 2 weeks since I originally reached out to them through email and a phone call to customer service. This time the lady in customer service said she was going to put in a refund request. She said it will take 2 days for approval and then 10 to 14 days to process it. That means I've already waited 2 weeks emailing and calling customer service for help. Then it will take another 2 weeks to be approved and processed. Therefore I'll be waiting a month or longer in all to get some help with the mop vac that only lasted 2 months. Then after I finally get the refund I'll have to order one, wait till the new one comes in, and then after all of that wasted time I'll be able to clean my floors in my own again. In the meantime, I can't clean my own floors so I have to pay someone to do the sweeping and mopping for me. I can't buy another one because my money is tied up in a mop vac that only lasted 2 months. Then when I do finally do get the refund I'll have to choose a different one and wait for it to come in. That's a lot of wasted time. That's ridiculous and inconsiderate because I have repeatedly told them my circumstances. Personally I would have been perfectly satisfied if when I reached out for help with this matter the first time that they would have sent me a replacement. Then I wouldn't have had to wait for over a month for results. I would be cleaning my floors again with a new Eureka mop vac. Now I'm just playing the waiting game to get a refund to buy another. I'm so disappointed in this whole experience. I wouldn't buy this product again. I understand that some products are just defective in some way. The product starts out good and fails. It's the customer service that is horrible. There is no compassion or consideration. If there was, I wouldn't be waiting for over a month all together to have something done about this issue. I would have been cleaning my floors on my a long time ago. Ridiculous! I'm livid from dealing with the Eureka customer service

I recently purchased this wet-dry vacuum cleaner with high expectations, but unfortunately, it failed in several areas. In terms of suction power, the vacuum works, but it doesn't impress. It manages to clean, but not as effectively or efficiently you might expect. This is particularly noticeable when dealing with edges and corners, as it fails to reach these areas, leaving me to manually mop them. This defeats the purpose of an all-in-one cleaning solution. Another significant drawback is the maintenance required. It demands meticulous cleaning after each mopping, which is more labor-intensive than standard vacuums. Particularly troublesome is the cleaning of the dirty water tank. Disposing of the dirty water without risking pipe clogs is a concern, and the extensive disassembly needed for cleaning each part, including the filter, is tedious. So called "auto self cleaning" does only 10% of the self-cleaning job, and you have to do manually this dirty routine - take off brush roller, wash it, rinse dirty water tank, and wipe all inner surfaces - there will be plenty of stuck debris, dust and hair. Also, the design of the solution chamber is flawed. The small opening makes it challenging to pour in the cleaning solution without spilling and wasting it. Moreover, the mopping performance is disappointing. Despite multiple passes over the same area, it fails to remove tougher stains. It is able to remove only fresh spills but not older stains. The lengthy recharge time adds to the inconvenience - it requires 5 hours to charge the battery which then expected to run less than 30 minutes. In conclusion, while it does clean to a certain extent, the overall experience is far from satisfactory. The need to disassemble and thoroughly dry every component after each use adds to the frustration. Given these shortcomings, especially in its primary function as a wet-dry cleaner, I find it difficult to recommend this product.

Es buena aspiradora/mopa, obvio en mucha suciedad no funcionara excelente, pero para el dia a dia si saca mucho de apuro, la bateria ldura aproximadamente 30 min, pero es suficiente si no tienes muy sucios tus pisos, sigan al pie de la letra las instrucciones, limpien los accesorios despues de usarla para que tenga mas tiempo de vida el aparato (

A los dos meses de uso dejo de cargar, llame a la empresa y me dijeron que era la batería pero no pueden remplazarla porque es de importación solo atienden en EUA. Mendiga arrepentida que me di de comprarla, aparte de que es cansado andar por toda la casa con ella apachurrando el botón todo el tiempo, mejor compren un robot que lo haga solo
