Do i have to keep it between 25 and 75 for veg stage for 1 marijuana plant? Ive had it on 100 for 12 days and it is growing great but i didnt know

Keep it 100%, generally the plant didn't need 100% brightness for Veg, but if your plant is growing great, just keep it and mark the weight and height, next time try 75% or 50%, you need to do lots of test and then get a optimal brightness for different grow stage.

How much distance from top of plant?

I keep it 18 to 20 inches. Depends on the plants stage of growth and reaction

Why is it that such a cheap led has such a good high par value? Is it a truth is that really the Par is or is that a front?

So far not a front. I'm getting great values. Got a plant in veg under it right now. Stronger than any of my other plants under budget lighting.
