This works great, the wifi connects easily and once set up it stays connected. It's a real piece of mind when you are not at home and don't want come home to extreme temperatures. It seems fairly accurate and stays on consistently. It seems to hold up so far and does a good job of keeping track of the temperature. It's a good value compared to other monitors I've seen.

Im trying to hatch a few peafowl eggs, which are notoriously delicate and therefore quite challenging to hatch in an incubator and so i wanted to have a secondary reading of the temperature and humidity because of how detrimental the difference of a single degree or the slightest range of RH can be for peafowl eggs. I tested the govee wifi thermometer against two other thermometers, one digital and the other digital/bluetooth, and everything more or less checked out. Set up was quick, even more so because i already had the "govee home" app downloaded. Interface is straightforward and easy. I really appreciate being able to set a temperature and a humidity range and be alerted if the device reads outside that range but my favorite part is all the collected data. This way i can note down the average temperature and RH by the hour and day, without actually having to sit there and watch the incubator all day; whether this egg incubation fails or succeeds, these notes will eventually be my guide for future incubations. Overall a great device to have for anything temperature and/or humid sensitive.

I put this in my greenhouse and it is an app on my phone so I can see the temperature inside the greenhouse whenever I like. It shows the humidity also. The reading is quite accurate and it's very functional. The Bluetooth connection is good the only thing is it's pretty slow to read the temperature. I don't know about the battery life yet because it's still working and I've had it for 6 months.

I really like it. Very easy to pair with my phone and works perfectly with the GoveeLife humidifier.

The device configured fine with the app though it's very slow to update. It actually seems much quicker just using Google Home. The temperature reading seemed fine initially but quickly (within a couple hours) fell to at least 7° F below the actual temperature (via a trusted infrared thermometer). This is beyond the range that can be corrected via calibration (5.4° F). I am in the process of contacting support for a replacement and will update if that experience is successful. Update: Support did provide a replacement after a reasonable amount of information requested. The replacement initially seemed to be way off as well (replacement: 75.6° F, original: 60.8° F, infrared thermometer: 68.3° F). However, after letting it settle/adjust (not sure why this was necessary), the new sensor appears to be accurate. The old seems to still sometimes be a few degrees low at least. Given this, updating my rating from a 1 to a 4.

Had this for almost a year. I keep it under a trailer that I have to protect it's contents. I'm impressed by the ease of monitoring the condition from my phone.

WiFi didn’t work at all! Very disappointed! And I tried everything to make it work
