My particular bottle notes Manufactures and packaged in the USA and imported ingredients. As far as I know they are made in USA and I've taken them for probably 5 years and they work because I can still see. Don't look on packaging for answers look on the web

It seems to be ..it has all the Bausch and Lomb phone numbers in case of issues etc, so I would have to say it’s legitimate it doesn’t have any of the wording that you’re saying on the bottle. The box it came in was disposed of when I received it. If it seems to right you can always return it to Amazon.
