Good solution for a basement bathroom
Easy to install and works well in our half-bath addition in our basement. There is some noise with flushing and draining from the sink, but it isn't excessive at all and would probably be quieter if the tank was recessed in the wall. We did not put ours in the wall but that is an option.

Nice toilet
Itโs a great toilet but videos say easy to install not true it takes quite a lot of time to install videos say less than an hour

Works perfectly.
This toilet is exactly what we wanted for our new basement. It looks like a normal toilet and is fairly quiet during flushing. We had it professionally installed by a plumber and we noticed a small leak in the marcerating portion so we contacted the company and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Turns out the leak was in the connection hose and it only needed adjusted and retightened and is working perfectly now. We couldnโt be happier with our purchase

Nice toilet. Delay in pump
Nice looking toilet. It takes a second before the pump kicks on. I made the mistake of flushing it twice and it almost overflowed. Maybe it just takes some getting used to. My daughter pooped in it, so I guess it works fine! Just donโt like the delay in pumping the water up and out.

Solution to your problems
I needed to install a toilet for my workspace in my basement and finally found this product to see my vision come true. My brother in law installed it since he is a handy man. All in all it took less than a few hours and all is good. The packaging was immaculate and everything was included. So far it works well the noise is very minimal and would buy again.

Great System & Customer Service!
I purchased this 750W Maceratingflo Toilet System about 5-6 months ago. It worked excellent until about 3 weeks ago, when the pump started sounding & acting bad. I left an online message on the Macereratingflo website, asking for the cost of a replacement pump unit. I was thrilled to learn it was under warranty, and they immediately sent out a new and free pump unit to me! I received it in only 3 days. This is a really good toilet system, with GREAT customer service!!

Poor craftsmanship on the sleeve part, not round it
The porcelain receiver sleeve is not rounded on the bottom has a leak when you flushed the stinker
