The battery lasts about the same as the old one

The battery arrived dead. I had it checked out by 2 different specialists to see if we were installing incorrectly. Both said battery was dead. Returned for refund.

I love this company. The battery comes with three tools to help install it. They were helpful and I needed them as my small Philips head screwdriver was broken. I bought the wrong battery by mistake ad they were OK with me returning it. I got the larger 53W but it would not fit in the space. I got the 40W and that was just right.

It was the correct battery for my dell laptop that was reporting a battery error and would not charge. This was easy to install, and worked correctly

I had to smush the wires in place to make the battery fit because it wasn't exactly the same as the original. But 2 months in and it Works! averaging about 4 hours of battery life per charge.

Battery was correct fit. Tools were provided for easily opening laptop and installing battery.
