Lovely book with a really good range of Italian recipes
The book arrived and is in good condition as described. I am really pleased with the contents since while Angela describes her up bringing and life in Italy, which makes for an interesting read on its own, it also includes recipes for numerous Italian classics and many of her own family recipes such as a lovely one for a boozy tiramisu. If you like Italian food then this book is all you need as it provides something for everyone and finishes with a section entitled’ Basics’ so you know how to make the sauces, chutneys, stocks, vinaigrettes and even your starter (for bread making) so you can provide everything you need to follow the recipes in the book - wonderful.

Lovely, lovely book
Amazing story, beautiful book. Read it while eating delicious homemade winter soup in her Cafe Murano in St James's the other day, where I think the excellent Sam Williams (no relation) is the Executive Chef. Really good Sardinian wine alongside and a good read warmed up my entire week. The stories and pictures about her (Itallian-Welsh ) family in post-war England were very touching.

Italian cooking dream cookbook!
Angela is a supreme chef and has earned herself the praise of Gordon Ramsey and other elite chefs the world over! This is great to read some of her personal history and family cooking and to have her explain how to do it with awesome pictures and detailed steps with some possible different ingredients is just great! I love pasta and to see how with a little effort and home made pasta how this is several steps in class above most Italian cookbooks! Highly recommended for the Italian cook or chef.

An excellent collection of true home Italian cooking
When I saw this book in a reading lounge, I couldn’t believe how it took me on a journey back to my own nonna’s and mamma’s kitchen. The recipes live up to the true style of home Italian cooking. I’m not one to buy recipe book, but this one is a must have.
