Great piece of kit, works well, excellent customer service when I needed it.
Does what it says on the tin and so versatile. Connected inside the garage of my motorhome and runs all the 230v socks as required. Will run the microwave which has a draw of around 1400 watts when running. 2 minutes of 800w microwave uses around 5 - 6% of the storage capacity of the AC180. Charges from a 12v cigarette socket at around 80-100 watts.. 230V charging has 3 modes, silent, normal and fast. I picked this over the Jackery 1000 V2 (which has very similar specs, and similar price) mainly due to the built in handles which for me made it easier for storage in the motorhome garage, also, whilst the Jackery was smaller, it was also only 10KG vs the 16Kg of the Bluetti AC180, I was suspicious of what Jackery left out to make it so light. Bonus, Bluetti has excellent customer service via Amazon messaging. I had a problem after about 2 months where the 12v cable would not charge the AC180. I contacted Bluetti via Amazon, they requested a photo (probably to make sure they sent the correct item) and sent out a new replacement cable free of charge and very quickly. Communication throughout was excellent. I would heartly recommend them. and YES, I did buy it with my own money :)

Brilliant, Great power station. Charges my eMTB whilst off-grid as well as other equipment
Brilliant. Did some research and this make came out very well. I bought primarily for a bit of off-grid camping/shepherd Hut accommodation while I was travelling Scotland mountain biking. Some places didn't have power and I needed to recharge my eMTB. Fully charged this unit recharges my light weight eMTB 3 times (5%-100% - x3). works well with a car fridge as well when being recharged from the car between rides. Charges my phone, action camera and Drone batteries Whats not to like..

Bluetti AC180: Power Beast That Just Won't Quit – My #1 Pick!
5/5 – The Best Investment I've Made for Power Freedom! Bluetti AC180 – This thing is an absolute BEAST! I've had my Bluetti AC180 for sometime now and I can honestly say it's one of the smartest purchases I've made in years. Here's why I'm completely taken with it:Insane real-world capacity – 1152Wh feels like 1400+Wh compared to most competitors. It just keeps going and going. 1800W continuous + 2700W Power Lifting mode – Runs my 2000W kettle (yes, it really does), coffee machine, microwave, hair dryer, small AC unit… no drama, no shutdowns, no drama queen beeping. Lightning-fast charging – 0–80% in ~45 minutes with AC + solar combined. I can literally wake up, plug it in while having breakfast, and it's almost full before I finish my coffee. Super quiet – Even at 1000–1400W load you can barely hear it. Perfect for working/gaming in the same room. Build quality feels premium – Solid, heavy (in a good way), all ports are nicely spaced, nothing feels cheap or wobbly. I did have one issue upgrading the firmware, which stopped the bluetooth connection, but their customer support team sorted this in no time, with a pre-paid label to return and they turned it around super fast, back in a few working days, with lots of comms on progress. This is how customer support should be done!!!

Excellent!
An excellent quality product with all the features, power and ability that I needed. Charges fast, runs all my laptops and phones for days on end. Is a great back up to my dual leisure battery system when I go away in the van, this capacity adds an extra 2 to 3 days of off grid power for me easily. Build quality is excellent, the app is great to use and easy to set up and to top it all off I've found the customer service to be outstanding. Highly recommended 👍

AC180 Great but should be careful when it goes to 0%
I bought it for my garage and it’s working great I powered many electric tools and old metal lathe the power station didn’t let me down. Problem I had it’s wen I left it in 20% for one month I meant didn’t use it it drained it self to 0% and the unit didn’t start again and refused to take any charge… It’s not acceptable for so expensive units where saying that there is discharge and overcharge protection to go so low in discharge and make the unit stop working. Solution for this problem is only 2, first to send it back and let them to repair it or repair it yourself. To repair it yourself you will need to dissemble the unit get the battery out and charge it separately till it get enough power to start and then it will start working and will let you charge it and use it. Many people get the same problem but no one saying it here in the comment. As I say, this is great power station but be careful when charging and discharge the unit because the fault is not acceptable it will kill your battery. I Hope the information will have someone.

Disappointed
Disappointed with the Bluetti ac180 to be honest. The capacity display is inaccurate and the actual capacity seems a lot less than the claimed 1152wh, by my calculations. For example, I ran my TV which draws no more than 80W, on the AC180 which was fully charged before I turned it on. The following are the elapsed hours and capacity remaining indicated on the unit: 2 hours - 69% 4 hours - 38% 6 hours - 9% 7 hours - 1% 9 hours - 1% 10.5 hours shut down So that's 80w appliance running for 10.5 hours.... Over 3 hours run at an indicated 1% charge. I have tried the 'reset' recommended by bluetti but the issue persists. I can only conclude that the unit I purchased is unfit for the purpose it was designed for.

Impressive AC180
Previously I had purchased a bluetti EB3A and a solar panel for camping and was totally impressed with all of the features and charge capacity. I had been considering a larger unit to use at home during the day when electric is more expensive (with the dual purpose of taking it camping also.) The launch of the A180 and the early bird introduction price gave me a great monetary saving and an amazing unit. Ordered on a Wednesday evening and parcel arrived within 48 hours, which impressed me as lead time had indicated a week. I've been using it for pretty much everything during the daytime. Hoovering my whole flat used just 22% battery, nespresso machine 3%, my 40 inch TV and router used about 12% per hour and I've charged my phone when needed. I recharge off mains at cheap rate after 10pm and it took under 1hr from 35% to the full 100%!!! For a single person the AC180 has met my requirements so totally recommend.
