60092 Ignitor Kit for Weber Q300 Q3000 Gas Grills

This kit was the perfect rebuild of my older Genesis II 330 igniter module. Easy to install. Great quality.

I was dismayed when I saw that this product had NO instructions. However, after a brief trip to YouTube to learn how to get to the igniter area, everything became clear and the installation went smoothly. The enclosed kit of parts fit perfectly and was well thought-out.

Perfect replacement for 200-2006 Weber summit grills. I installed this on a 2004 Summit Silver. The only issue was the connectors for the power button didn’t fit into the automatic ignition module (how nobody noticed this I have no idea) so I just used the old connectors however I could of made the ones includes work if I had to. Also the power button design is somewhat flawed. You need to adjust the nut on the button to where it just makes contact when you press the button in. If you tighten it all the way it is constantly igniting. Otherwise the electrodes fit perfectly to the grill. Correctly sized so that there isn’t extra cable. Grounding cable includes. The automatic ignition does have screw holes on the side so it is an exact replacement and a simple out and in swap. For the price much better then I expected. Would buy again.

I used this to replace the igniter on my older Baby Q. The original igniter electrode was threaded, and held in with a nut and a suitable replacement couldn't be found. I decided to give this one a try, and after drilling the hole out a little larger, it works just fine, and is secured with the same bolt that secures the burner tube. The hole was easily enlarged using a stepped drill bit. The push-button fit perfectly in place of the old one. I did bend the electrode tip slightly, so that the ignition arc is stronger, and occurs closer to the burner holes.

Was easy to replace my old one and worked perfectly with my Weber Q100.

No instructions and no wiring diagram. I could not get it to work. I made another attempt to install this correctly, and I was able to get the igniter to spark. But the spark is too weak to ignite the gas or too far away from the burner. So I’m back to using a match. I even try to fresh battery, but the result was the same. Plenty of spark, but no flame. I’m not even gonna bother to ask for a refund because I don’t feel like taking the grill apart again

I bought this igniter kit for my Weber E210 grill for a great price. I had previously returned the same kit from another seller because the wiring connecting the igniter to the burner box was defective. This time i received the kit and found that while both wires connecting the igniter to the burner box did have metal connectors, the plastic covering on one of them was damaged so i couldnt use it. Fortunately i used the same wire from my old igniter since it was not damaged and was able to complete the installation. The price of this kit was great, but it would not have been able to be used if i hadnt had my old wire to replace the defective on.

I was super happy with the fit and finish on this replacement. I had folded and stored my Traveler improperly and snapped off the red launch button. This replacement installed without incident, fit perfectly and functions perfectly.

Worked well in a crap baby q i then threw away
