Fashy Unisex Adults Pro-Swim Schwimmschuh Water Shoes

Got these shoes for my GF and myself when we went for a beach holiday in an area where there can be stinging fish in the sand. Not sure if there were any such fish but we both loved the shoes. Being transparent other people hardly notice them, and they even look stylish. The fit was good for both of us - I'm normally UK 9, got these in 10 as per other reviews: perfect fit. Not at all tight, but never a hint of coming off, whatever swimming style I did (I found they did not interfere with leg kicks while swimming although it did feel a bit funny), or when walking on sea bottom, or on sea shore. My GF is normally UK 7, got 8 for her - she said they were verging on feeling a bit loose - but again never came off. They felt sturdy enough to walk along the beach on, so I did and there's not a hint of damage. They were absolutely invaluable for walking on the sea bed with large stones, and when snorkelling among rocks infested with sea hedgehogs! They have little holes along the edge for water to drain when you come out. If you do get sand into them, it will tend to stay in, but it's very easy to take them off and slosh it out. Washing is, needless to say, super easy. I consider Fashy to be a quality German rubberware brand, and although I only owned their hot water bottles before, I would definitely recommend these shoes for beach holidays - especially if you like going where there are rocks.

A comfortable but snug fit and would suggest these are nearer to a UK 7.5 rather than an 8. Those needing a wide fit may well struggle with these shoes. In my case they fit well and were just what I was looking for. Soft and transparent, so you'd hardly know they were there, so go with most costume colours. Perfect for swimming on rocky beaches.

Bought these for me and my husband for the white pebble beaches in Greece instead of the clunky fabric type we've had in the past. We got the EU38/39 or UK5.5 for myself (usually a size 6) and the EU42/43 or UK8.5 for my husband (usually an 8 or 9). We just got back from our holiday and can genuinely say they were invaluable for those pebble beaches! The sizes we ordered were perfect and fit snuggly but comfortably. They don't weigh you down when swimming and you sometimes forget you have them on. I saw lots of people struggling with flip flops or heavy shoes, but these are nice and light and have lots of grip.One thing to note - they only float if they are on top of the water/not full of water. If you take them off whist swimming underwater they will slowly sink.

Comfortable, they don't make you look weird being transparent and they are well made. However, bear in mind that some waterparks insist on you removing footwear and that if you lose them in a pool/waterpark they are extremely difficult to see under the water being transparent. I would say they are better for lounging around the pool or walking along the beach.I could not swim in them and found they slipped off when kicking so they are not perfect. Any smaller and I would really have struggled to put them on and any bigger and they would have always slipped off. They do come off easier when wet.

Bought these in addition to a Cressi pair. I find these are much more comfortable, and less visible. There are no "sharp edges" they are a snug fit. I ordered an 8 and they fit perfectly. They are sturdy enough to protect from rocks and shingle on the beach, and don't seem too heavy on the feet.. They are only to wear on the beach, but seem comfy enough to wear around the house, I would imagine they would make your feet sweat if you wore them in the heat. Great pool shoes as they don't slip.

I did like these as they were a step up from swim socks. Required as my son who had caught verucas at local swimming pool.Be aware they are slippy when wet so no running from / around pool .Also slightly scratchy surface inside which may irritate some people.Perhaps a bit over priced too .

Look good, look neat on feet. Only thing is I have wide feet so a little tight however when in the sea I would rather them fit snuggly than be loose. I’m sure they will stretch alittle

Fits well and is not conspicuous as is clear plastic rather than coloured. Holes prevent feet sweating and the sole is sturdy enough to do the job on rocks and shingle. Like most reviewers take 1 size bigger for a good fit.
