When four pet turtles were bathed in alien ooze, they began to mutate and became the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Raised in New York City sewers by their foster father and wise sensei, Master Splinter, Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael wage war against crime. Led by Master Splinter, the four turtles learn the ancient martial art of Ninjitsu, mastering skills of stealth, weapons, and fighting. They stop evildoers in all forms, whether barbaric gangs, lowlife crooks, deranged cyborgs, or even the crime syndicate The Foot, led by their archrival, The Shredder. This release of the 2003 reimagined series includes all 155 episodes. Also included is the TV movie and series finale, Turtles Forever where worlds collide as the turtles from the 2003 dimension meet the 1987 turtles and other classic characters like Splinter, Casey, April, and a slew of archenemies like Krang, the Foot Soldiers, and Bebop & Rocksteady! (edited) Review: A awesome tmnt series a must buy series! - I love this series it is awesome. It is only second best tmnt series too the original tmnt 1987 series.it is definitely worth buying this series a must buy for tmnt fans. Review: Turtle power!! - Been waiting to get this for a while and I’m glad I waited until the price went down!! It took me back to 2003 when it first dropped and is such an iconic show. I added it with my 87 and 2012 collection. I brought the turtles forever dvd because it was uncut. Only thing I didn’t lie was the case whee it cracks quite easily so be careful

I'm glad this finally exists
Its no secret that the 2003 TMNT cartoon has had a very troubled past when it comes to physical media. Oftentimes, the discs were piecemealed out, sometimes with a pitifully low number of episodes. The episode orders were all jumbled up in nonsensical ways. Just when they started fixing them around 2015, they stopped at only Season 2. Of course, these discs are also absurdly expensive to grab nowadays. As a longtime fan of the 2003 TMNT cartoon, I'm very happy to see that the nightmare is over after 20 years and we finally have a complete official physical collection of this series. Zero tampering of episode order (aside from lacking the banned Episode 110), everything right there...and it even includes the TV movie Turtles Forever. Unfortunately, this collection isn't perfect. The menus are pretty bland and have no music, but I suppose you come to expect that with DVD and Blu-Ray releases in 2023. The real issue for me was the strange instances of blurriness. It's been a long time since I've seen a good version of this show, so perhaps this is an issue from the way the show was animated, but man the visuals are distractingly smeared at times and it just feels wrong. It really sticks out since I found that, most of the time, this release actually looks pretty great. Also, the price feels a little too steep to me, though I suppose you could argue the amount of content justifies that since it does have 155 episodes and a TV movie spread across 18 discs. Overall, I'm very glad that we finally have a way to officially watch the whole series without relying on a subscription service or pirating, and I am really enjoying going through such a nostalgic and genuinely good series. I just wish the issues it has were ironed out if possible, especially the blurriness.

Mostly happy
Just received this set and I am excited to rewatch the glory of this run of tmnt. It is perfection in nearly every way. Sadly that could not be said for the disk case itself entirely. The disk trays are not fixed to the box so it is removable. And it lacks a episode list. Each disk does list what episode numbers is on it but not the episode titles/names. Outside of these issue it's perfect 8/10

IT'S FINALLY RELEASED!!
I was afraid they were never going to release this series again. I was a child in the 80s, I begged to watch the 80s Turtles. They're fun, it's ok, I get it. But I LOVE this series from 2003. I love this version of these characters. I love their stories. I love the voice acting. I love the art style and animation. I love the villains and the side characters that keep coming back and getting referenced to. I love how they treat each other and their friends, and the people who annoy them but they help out anyway. I even love the child character from the future season--they made a child side character without making him annoying! And the nearly-adult teenage turtles like him, there are zero stories about being forced to "babysit" the child, they all genuinely like him and protect him and teach him things and connect with him differently. The later seasons do have a lesser quality, I think, but they still have several good stories and characters that were fun to watch. (Why did they add a corny catchphrase? For toys? Probably for toys.) One season was basically canceled and they were told to start the next season that corporate thought would be more popular immediately, and the last season was similarly rushed to a conclusion and suffered for it. This series was a huge comfort to me during hard times in my life, and I'm so happy to actually own a full release of the series on physical media. Audiences: I clearly enjoyed it later in life, but I think pre-teens and up can enjoy this series. Younger audiences may need additional parenting to understand that self-defense is cool, hitting people because you feel like it is not, and small children additionally might find some scenes and themes too intense. (Please read a wiki about Baxter Stockman if you are considering allowing a small child to watch this. They do not show the violence on screen but his various conditions can be disturbing.)
