I bought this watch last week and can't connect to the honor health app

I tried to scan it and wouldn't work, went on playstore app and did it that way

How do you stop it turning off and on in the night its really annoying

Please will you let me know when you find out. I have had to put it in my bedside drawer now to stop it disturbing my husband and me all night, and then I forget to put it back on when I wake, defeats the object of it really, unless I write a note to remind me.
