My hair was always dry, lifeless, and prone to breakage. I worried constantly about my hair quality as I would lose a lot of hair every time I washed it. But since I started taking this biotin gummy, my hair condition has improved significantly. I can clearly feel that my hair has become smoother and no longer as dry and frizzy as before. Additionally, the hair loss has also decreased significantly. When I wash my hair now, I notice that much less hair falls out, which is such a relief.

My protein drinks at home have my collagen et al, but some days I don't have room in my tummy, so it's nice to have they gummies. They are very pleasant, not too sweet. I am elderly, and I need to nourish my cells as much as possible. These are like a little treat in during the day.

I bought these gummies for years and have loved the flavor and how well they worked for shiny hair. However the new order i received is something completely different. These are supposed to be blue. Theyre never transparent like the picture but undeniably blue in color. I just received a jar of GREEN gummies. Thinking it was just a coloring issue I tried one. It is not. This was the most disgusting thing ive ever ingested. Doesn't taste at all like nornal instead it tasted wrong, like when you eat something waaaay expired. LITERALLY MADE ME VOMIT. Not sure what theyre playing at here but ill never buy this brand again now. I wasnt able to contact sijigood directly for a replacement to see if it was some odd fluke just got a refund as it was my only option. Wouldn't reccomend these to anyone now and ill be finding a new brand

My main aim for taking Biotin Gummies was to improve the strength of my hair, skin and nails, and I have to say (and I'm a very healthy vegan dieter, which is very important) that I've come to believe that gummies are effective and helpful in this regard. As someone who doesn't like to swallow pills, this gummy has a very soft texture and a really nice fruity flavor.

They are a different color than they used to be and stick together more. Appear to have the same ingredients. I wonder why the change?

I have been taking biotin gummies for a while now, and I've noticed a significant improvement in the strength of my hair and nails. I must say, it's really great! I love the taste of it and I hope to see even more results over time!
