Very sharp and balanced. Comes with a nice sheath,with a shoulder strap and belt loop. Very good quality for the price.Handle is textured. The blade is 420 stainless steel, that resists rust and corrosion. Careful where you swing it.

It was as good as expected. I have used it once. I would recommend to anyone who need to unused it. It is well made with a good weight, at least for me. It came very sharp with a good grip and comfort..

Good machete for work

Hefty blade. Works well on coconuts and the fronds.

I like the weight of this “machete”. It’s just heavy enough to power through a tuff cut but not too heavy. I measured the width along the entire spine and it was 3.1 millimeters. Adding 1-2 mm in thickness would make this blade much harder to handle. Besides, it’s a HUGE blade for less than $30! You cannot expect perfection in a blade that long for only $30. People seem to want to pay virtually nothing for pretty much anything and in turn many people’s expectations exceed what companies can provide. Nobody manages their expectations anymore or at least not many people do. Would I buy this again? Yes. Definitely yes.

Flexible good steel holds an edge great handle but you should reinforce the sheath cuz the tip will just go right through I used leftover skateboard tape for the grip but I guess you could use a needle and thread 😉
