I've been taking this brand and dose for several years now and remain more than satisfied. Initially, I researched and elected to give this a try after receiving some concerning blood and artery test results. My goal was to improve overall health. The plan was to modify my diet, increase exercise and begin taking appropriate supplements. I used Study Finds to research CoQ-10 studies and attempt to identify features, specs etc. that would be beneficial. Price was a major concern as was the quality of the product. There is no discernable odor or aftertaste. Absent a lab test I have no way to ascertain the product against stated specs, so my experience is limited to subjective observation. One empirical result however are the resulting subsequent lab tests from my doctors. This brand and dosage seem to work perfectly for my desired outcome. I experienced absolutely no side effects. To give me something to compare against, I took this daily for 3 weeks charting how I felt energy wise. Then I went off for two weeks to give me a comparison to work with. Again, subjectively, I feel I noticed a real increase in morning energy when consistently taking these, and a noticeable decline when I stopped for two weeks. This is enough to make the product a staple as it has become part of my daily regimen. I set it up on a subscription obtaining even a better price and remain perfectly satisfied. It is worth noting that competing products are priced all over the place with no correlating data to support the price variance.

Physician Ordered My doctor instructed me to take this. He prescribed several different supplements, so I don't know which is helping or if it's the combination, but I am doing better. The softgels are small, no taste or smell that I notice and they're easy to swallow.

I know the gels are more expensive than powder capsules, but I'm worth it. I have these on auto subscribe. When you find what works, stick with it. At some point, when you're taking a bunch of pills multiple times a day, the smaller the pill the better.
