GoHimal XL Mesh Dive Bag for Scuba Diving & Snorkeling Gear

I just got back from a dive cruise and needed an easy way to transport my gear while still letting it breathe. This bag exceeded my expectations. It’s extremely comfortable to carry, especially when worn as a backpack with both shoulder straps. Storage was another pleasant surprise—there’s more room than I expected, including a separate pocket on the inside and pockets on the outside for smaller items. The standout feature for me was the bottom panel that unzips completely, allowing the bag to fully air out and dry overnight. That’s a huge plus for dive gear and something I didn’t realize I needed until I had it. Overall, this bag is well thought out, comfortable, and practical for diving or travel. 100% would buy again

For the price I was doubtful of the quality but its actually very cheap for the great quality. Also, it is huge, like extra extra large.

I have used this bag for around 10 dives and so far, I really like it. Time will tell but the construction feels sturdy, it has a huge front and central pocket, and it is comfy on my back (though you have to load it correctly as there is no back frame - this is typical though for most bags). These are not really cons but a few things would make this bag better - the front central pocket is almost too big and stuff can easily fall out. I like the size but I wish the zipper length didn't extend as far. That way the pocket size is the same but the hole to access is slightly smaller. Also, the side pockets are great but I wish there was a securing strap near the top so I could put my large speargun on the size and secure the top. You can easily add this yourself but a velcro strap would allow spearguns, lobster snares, etc.

This works well as a dive bag, has a decent amount of room, is lightweight but decently strong, the pocket on the bottom-front is nice and the side pockets are great for a water bottle or such. I bought this for a trip as my old dive bag is heavy kevlar and weighs about 10 pounds on its own, plus the zippers were corroded. It worked well for the trip. I got it on sale, but for the price it is decent. The bottom pocket opens into the main bag, which is ok, but can be a pain - if you put your large gear in the main bag then try to put something in the pocket it is difficult at best. If you put stuff in the pouch and zip it closed before you put the large items in it seems ok though - just have to remember the proper order. Also, at least one of the grommets on the bag fell out the first time I used it (buddy of mine has the same bag and had the same issue). For the price its still decent but it would be nice if they used better grommets that stayed on. I'll have to replace them myself.

I picked this up prior to a dive trip to the Yucatán. I was looking for something that would hold all of my gear for a multi-day boat diving adventure that had the convenience of mesh, backpack style straps, and the volume to hold everything I needed to carry to and from the boat. The bag collapses down easily to fit in luggage, held every part of my diving kit (including my wetsuit) and had convenient storage for my log book, tables, and a spare pair of contacts. While diving this collapsed back down and stowed cleanly under the bench on the boat, keeping my backup gear and personal items out of danger. I was planning for most any scenario when packing, and was able to stow my jet fins, BCD, mask, exposure suit, DSMB and reel, two lights, dive boots, full regulator set, weight harness, and wet notes with room to spare. Back at the hotel each night, a quick spray in the shower was all it took to clean it up before hanging to dry over night. I have used duffle style bags in the past, but the easy to access draw string top, secure zipper compartment, mesh construction, and ample drainage sold me immediately. Throw in the backpack straps for secure hands-free transport and this ended up being a perfect bag. Thanks for a great product!

I’ve used this bag on 20 boat dives in 2 different countries. So far, it’s holding up well. I haven’t had the bolt snaps rip like other buyers did. For the price, I think it's a great deal! It’s big enough to hold all my gear, including fins, wetsuit, BCD, regulator, mask, dive boots, dry bag, and a towel. It’s comfortable to carry around and easy to stow away on the boat. I would buy again.

Good capacity, solid construction, durable material. It can handle some pretty heavy fins and a bunch of other gear.

This is HUGE!!! We fit four sets of snorkeling gear, 4 ship towels, and drinks into this thing and it all fit perfectly!!!! Instead of buying two snorkel book bags we got just one! Note that if you’re smaller than this might not be a good deal. Our son carried it and was fine. I’m shorter, not a varsity football player, and there’s no way I could have carried this.
