This is the perfect size for my little yard. Easy to move when needed, unlike the ones that have two drums. If I need to add a second drum, I can move the units separately into spots that fit the small units and I’m not restricted to a larger area that the bigger ones need. This composter actually holds quite a lot. I’m still filling it up. When it’s full I will add a second one so they can tag team each other.I had no issues putting it together (70 year old female!). The directions show them stretching the clips apart a little and that helps. Some of the clips took a little more ‘nudging’ to get them to snap into place, but if I can do it with arthritis a younger person should have no issues. It’s very sturdy and revolves easily. I have lots of flower pots and flower beds and I’m looking forward to topping them off with my compost next Spring.

Easy to assemble, seems sturdy. The lock that keeps the barrel from spinning is a bit weak, but it works. The door that slides open to fill the barrel is a bit finicky, could've used metal guides, but for the price, it works fine. This is my first compost bin and I didn't want to get one that's too big or too small, this one has a decent capacity.

As described. The instructions for assembly were good, but snapping things together and stretching the connecters required more hand strength than I have. My adult son put it together with minimal trouble (some of the screw/bolt holes were a little tight). Customer service was responsive, when I wrote with a question -- which is why I'm giving 5 stars instead of 4. I would definitely buy this product again.

I’m very happy with this compost unit and wish I would have purchased it a long time ago. The quality is great and assembly was easy following the online instructions. Customer service is outstanding. I broke a couple clips during assembly so be careful when you push them in. I used their online Contact Form to ask for replacements and received some extra clips within a week!

This compost tumbler seems to be working fine for what I wanted so far. It wasn’t too hard to assemble, but having help is good since getting the clips for the side pieces was a little challenging. We used a small hammer and nothing broke. What I wish I had known about this: You will attract flying insects that are probably gnats and fruit flies - so if you want to put this on a patio or deck, make sure it is away from the door and door is closed when you open it. Also debris falls out of the small air holes when you spin this. Not an issue if it’s on the ground, but ours is on a patio, so it’s annoying. I’m looking for a tray to put under it when I rotate it.Overall, I think it’s good quality and holds quite a bit of material. It seems like it will last. If you want a small tumbler, this is a good option.Update: We’ve had this for a while now and had a few issues I wanted to add. We initially put this on a patio on the side of our house, but the debris falling out was an issue. I thought a tray would be a good idea until. It rained and I had standing water. Then a dark brown liquid (probably due to coffee grounds) began dripping out and staining the patio. So I moved it to a flower bed. (I dont have a back yard, just a patio, otherwise I would have gone with a different compost solution.). The flower bed is not level and after turning it, the metal piece at the bottom disengaged. It isn’t secured in any way. While getting my husband to help me resecure it (It’s getting pretty heavy, about half full) the side plastic piece started to come off. We were able to snap it back, but I am concerned that it hasn’t held together as well as I hoped. We decided not to add anything else but perhaps some leaves due to the weight. Since it’s early summer I may have added more green than is optimal. Hopefully this won’t be a complete bust.

Very easy to use and great quality. I went with the single barrel version but probably should have gone with the double. A double barrel would be better so I could alternate which barrel I was adding to vs letting breakdown to use.

Very easy to assemble. Small enough to keep in the garden. Easy place to put weeds from the garden. Difficult to move around as it gets heavy and needs to be lifted.
