I had ready B1 is the key to deter mosquitoes and I have to say these worked didn’t get bitten once I was taking them prior to travelling I am normally plagued by bites hopefully found my answer

I am not commenting on the actual vitamins, but on the quantity. I didn't take notice of the details....I saw a photo of 3 jars.....that's what I thought (nievly) I had purchased.... not just one!!!!

Arrived quickly. Not been taking them long enough to review effects. I wouldn’t be without them now, they really help. After some time I have noticed a difference in the sensitivity of my feet. They are not as cold as they used to be.

Great service and product

B1 tablets are usually white, Yellow or blue and have a very unique deep sulpher smell. These tablets are small pink and have no smell, When I took one giving it the benefit of the doubt, an hour later at work i had throbbing numbness, pins and needles in my feet and hands and blurred vision, so I looked at the description on the page it says it's ingredients are B6 pyridoxine. So I looked up the symptoms of too much B6 which matched What I was suffering. On the bottle states B1 Thiamin 200mg. But Genrally 200mg only comes in tablet form for B6, whilst 200mg of B1 would be delivered by injection. I do not understand why someone would relable B6 as B1 It could really hurt someone. beware and search for a trusted brand like lindens if unsure.

Stopped taking these after fresh symptoms presented themselves. Numbness and pins and needles eventually subsided.
