All worked as expected
I have (4) Emerson brand fans that use the receiver I am leaving this review for. All 4 exhibited random behavior consistent with the receivers in the fan not working. Because it was a lot of work when I put these fans in 10 years ago, I have been putting off trying to fix them.Unfortunately, emerson sold their fan business to Kathy Ireland, and now the fans are in a limbo state of not really having official parts from the manufacturer any longer.I found this seller that was selling the receivers I wanted to try to replace, as well as the reversing module, as a kit. I purchased these, and they were as expected. All three receivers worked with no issues when installed in their respective fans. Hopefully these last a long time.I wanted to leave a review to state that the part number is as expected, the parts were as expected, and worked with no issues once installed. Thanks for having these available, so I dont have to go look at buying brand new ceiling fans (the motor still is fine on each fan).

Receiver Doesn’t Work!
Receiver Doesn’t Work! I’m almost positive someone returned this unit & was resold to me!? The black scuffs and the wires are ratty. Lugs were not at the ends of the wires. And I’m 2 weeks out of the return window. It’s been a busy summer & finally got around to fix this fan. Just for me to find out the unit is Junk. FML…

Perfect replacement for Emerson fans
My remote receiver on my Emerson ceiling went out, so I purchased this replacement. I would recommend buying both the replacement receiver and the remote control at the same time. I couldn't get the old remote to work with the new receiver, but their new remote worked just great. I've purchased an extra of each for the future!z

The fans that I had were rated for outdoors, but this device became corroded and needed to be replaced. The replacement worked just fine and did what it was supposed to do..expensive

Exact replacement for my Emerson receiver
My old emerson receiver went bad due to a power outage. was worried about finding another one because the original manufacturer for Emerson fans is no longer in business. decided to check amazon and found this receiver. Turns out it is an EXACT replacement, the only difference i could find was the logo on the box. Didn't see a picture of the wires in the listing so here is a picture of everything that is included. Got it hooked up and programmed and it works like a charm.

The product arrived without all of the parts and does not properly fit. Do not buy.

Great product
My curva sky model ceiling fan that was installed on my back porch quit operating all together. The electrician recommended replacing the receiver so I did. Got the fan back up and running after waiting a couple days to get this in. Almost exactly the same as the original receiver, I just had to cap off the yellow wire as my fan does not have an uplight. Installing wasn't too bad as the instructions include a nice wiring diagram
