Excellent probiotic and recommended for methylated or readily absorbed vitamins and supplements.

I've tried so many probiotics with no success, but Thorne came up with a product that actually works for me. It may seen like it shouldn't work because it doesn't have many strains of good bacteria, but they sure picked good ones that actually get deep into your large intestine.

I exclusively buy this probiotic because the three-strain blend of Lactobacillus gasseri, Bifidobacterium bifidum, and Bifidobacterium longum is the only "bacterial cocktail" that relieves my gut of the painful bloating that I suffered for decades, but I used to be able to get a generic for $10.00 at major retailers. I am not sure why this brand is comparatively so expensive. I definitely feel like I am having to pay five times more due to a lack of availability elsewhere.

I have found it helps with my digestion. I am happy with the product.
