I like this probiotic. It seems to work well. I got it because the coating is less irritating to the body. I am also impressed by how many professional athletes use this brand.

I exclusively buy this probiotic because the three-strain blend of Lactobacillus gasseri, Bifidobacterium bifidum, and Bifidobacterium longum is the only "bacterial cocktail" that relieves my gut of the painful bloating that I suffered for decades, but I used to be able to get a generic for $10.00 at major retailers. I am not sure why this brand is comparatively so expensive. I definitely feel like I am having to pay five times more due to a lack of availability elsewhere.

I take probiotics for my IBS issues , unfortunately this did not suit me .It had not effect whatsoever .There were no side effects though
