Great results!
Amazing results. Takes a really long time to work but I got huge results in less than one tube.i was hesitant but it surpassed my expectations by miles. Huge difference. I’d say the scar is 80% gone. After a little tan it’ll be unnoticeable. Great product.

Really works
This was recommended by a doctor to put on my scar. It worked so so very well with my knee scar that I decided to try on an older one I kept applying in the older car did seem to fade overtime. It’s still there, but it’s not as prominent I also had my daughter is it on her older scars which her scars are almost gone. It is costly, but it’s definitely worth the money because it works and a little goes a long way so there’s no reason to use too much. The little container should last a month or longer your scar should be gone before the tube is gone. A doctor suggested this for my scar, and it was fantastic for my knee scar! I decided to give it a shot on an older one I used to apply in my old scar. It did seem to fade over time, but it’s still there, though not as noticeable. My daughter also has it on her older scars, and hers are almost completely gone. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s definitely worth it because it works, and you only need a little. The small container should last a month or more, and your scar should be gone before the tube is empty.

Great Silicone Gel for Scar Care
This silicone scar gel worked really well and helped improve the appearance of my scars over time. ✨ The gel feels smooth, dries quickly, and is very easy to apply. It also helped keep the skin hydrated and softer. Definitely a great product for scar care!

Patience and Consistency Pays Off: Steady Improvement with ScarAway Silicone Scar Gel
After about three months of consistent use, I’ve noticed a clear improvement in my foot surgery scars. The larger incision has become smoother and more even in tone, and the smaller scar that previously felt firm underneath has softened over time. It hasn’t been an overnight change, but with steady application, the progress has been noticeable. One thing that really matters is applying a very thin layer. More is not better. A fine layer forms a protective silicone barrier over the scar, which helps maintain hydration and creates the ideal environment for remodeling. When I applied too much early on, it just felt sticky and didn’t absorb properly. A thin layer twice a day worked much better. From what I’ve learned, silicone has strong clinical backing compared to options like vitamin E oil. Silicone works by creating an occlusive, breathable barrier that reduces water loss, regulates collagen production, and helps flatten and soften raised scars. Vitamin E, on the other hand, has mixed evidence and can sometimes cause skin irritation without consistently improving scar appearance. Silicone is widely considered the gold standard for hypertrophic and keloid scars. The only downside for me is the packaging. The long plastic tube becomes harder to squeeze as it empties, and it can take quite a bit of pressure to get the silicone out toward the end. It’s not a deal breaker, but it is frustrating enough that I’m subtracting one star. Overall, ScarAway Silicone Scar Gel has delivered steady, visible improvement in both texture and color for me. Patience and proper application technique really make the difference.

This works!
I’ve just started using this product on an ugly scar that I recently got from a fall onto my knee this Spring. It seems to be fading after only two weeks of use!! I also just had a surgery on my face to remove skin cancer and it is working very nicely on the scar🙏 I would recommend this product for sure!

Good gel!
I’m not crazy concerned about scars however… I did just have breast surgery and wanted to hopefully minimize the skin tone color of the keloids and scars. I didn’t take pictures, but I feel like this gel improved the color I would buy again. There wasn’t a smell and did not leave a sticky residue behind.

Didn't Work For Me
I had a major abdominal scar from a tummy tuck. I went through so many tubes of this, but it didn't help minimize the scar or redness. All it did was ruin underwear since it created a greasy mark that doesn't come out in the laundry. Maybe this works on little scars. It was recommended by a friend, and it worked for her for a facial scar. I'm working with a dermatologist now and using lasers and cortisone shots. Scar removal is a slow process.

Tengan cuidado en cuidar los empaques del producto ya que es la presentación
La caja llegó abierta y toda aplastada, aunque el producto si llegó sellado la presentación no fue la que esperaba.
