The only stuff I’ve tried that actually works. I’m using this for acne scars and I’m surprised how long this little tube is lasting since I’m covering a large area every day. It has visibility lightened and smoothed my scars. I wouldn’t say it worked overnight but these are scars I’m talking about; they take time to heal.

It hasn’t been an overnight change, but with steady application, the progress has been noticeable. One thing that really matters is applying a very thin layer. More is not better. It’s not a deal breaker, but it is frustrating enough that I’m subtracting one star. Overall, ScarAway Silicone Scar Gel has delivered steady, visible improvement in both texture and color for me. Patience and proper application technique really make the difference.

I looked for reviews on this and similar products. While skeptical that anything would actually work, I decided to try it. I applied it only once a day, not the recommended twice. But after two weeks, I am surprised and pleased at the results so far. It's working as promised. Scar is both flattening out and losing redness. I'll definitely continue using it for a few more weeks and would recommend it. Another plus--it really does require just a tiny bit of the gel.

I had a major abdominal scar from a tummy tuck. I went through so many tubes of this, but it didn't help minimize the scar or redness. All it did was ruin underwear since it created a greasy mark that doesn't come out in the laundry. Maybe this works on little scars. It was recommended by a friend, and it worked for her for a facial scar. I'm working with a dermatologist now and using lasers and cortisone shots. Scar removal is a slow process.

My girlfriend had surgery recently and was not happy about the look of the scars left after her mastopexy procedure. Doctors recommended laser treatment to minimize the scarring. After the laser procedure she was told to use a specific type of gel but when we looked it up it was crazy expensive (tiny tube for like 50 bucks) . I look for another gel with the same ingredients but more affordable. I found this one so she gave it a try. After finishing her first tube, she tells me the scarring has improved alot so now we are going to continue to keep using this one. Is unfortunate that they don't sell bigger tubes
