I reported the issue while the product was still under warranty and shared all the information requested, including videos demonstrating the problem. Unfortunately, the customer support experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. The support team repeatedly delayed the process, and my support chat was even closed before the issue was resolved. As a customer, I expected a quality product backed by reliable after-sales service. Instead, I experienced poor communication, delayed responses, and a lack of accountability regarding a genuine warranty claim. Based on my experience, I am disappointed with both the product's durability and the level of customer support provided. I hope the company improves its quality control and customer service processes so that other customers do not face similar issues. Not recommended based on my experience.
