People saying it doesn't have a taste are wrong. It does have a taste, it has a very slight coconut taste and it is quite pleasant. Goes down well.

Great oil, gave instant burst of energy as well as focus and endurance, I’ll certainly be getting more. Didn’t experience any side effects but started off small doses as have heard too much too soon can upset your stomach

Overall it'd be a really good product and a good substitution of a more expensive version I bought before I got this. However unfortunately the design is horrible, when you pour the oil out of the bottle it goes everywhere.. I mean, EVERYWHERE! It'd be a good idea to add something to it that makes is easier not to make a mess. The more expensive one I got before from H&B had a thing on the bottle that didn't allow this to happen. If you have a spare bottle like that you can just pour the whole amount into a different bottle and use it that way I guess.

Couldn’t be without this. So good for stopping me snacking on rubbish. Curbs my appetite. I take 2 teaspoons in my coffee 3 times a day. Some mct oils are expensive but this is a good price granted it doesn’t contain only c8 which would be even better but the price makes up for this.
