I go this product and than I had to wait for power adopter as it comes without the power adoptor and now when I switch on it does not work!! return window closed so even I cant use it and even I cant return it!!! I cant believe to receive such situation from polycom product and spent big money but sitting with a defective product

Completely died after 11 months of usage. 2 months afterthe manufacturer's warranty. Had less than one year and seller would not replace. I now have a 1000 dollar paperweight because the seller refuses to replace an item I had for less than a year.
