These really work!
My previous job was very stressful & these did help! Not as good as prescription anxiety meds, but they did put me in a lighter & more positive mood without taking away from focus. They are kind of pricey but they do work to an extent in a pinch.

Calm without feeling out of it.
If you've dealt with anxiety for a long time, this can really help take the edge off, it doesn't completely erase it, but it helps you feel calmer and more clear-headed instead of overwhelmed. Ok taste but not effective
Others have stated they think these taste unpleasant, but I don't think they are too bad, just very tart. As far as their effectiveness goes, however, they really don't seem to have any sort of potency. I was going to utilize them to assist me with settling down prior to sleep, but they are useless for that. I'll stick to cannabis.

True believer in the ability to calm!
I swear these vitamins take the edge off. Getting older & feeling the stress a bit more than in the past. Bought these on a whim. I take them before brushing teeth & bed. I feel (especially Gaba) really does make me better able to shake off stress the following day. Fan for life!
