Airdeer trash can is a very good trash can. It seals the trash bag really well, we use it as baby diaper trash can and it works really well. We used to have another brand TOWNEW self sealing trash can; however, the bag isn’t always sealed properly and the battery always die within six months. We tried TOWNEW twice within a year then we decided to change it to Airdeer. It was the best decision we made. We have used it for more than 2 years and never had issues with bag sealing the battery life is great too and it charges really well. Definitely recommend it for baby diaper trash can. The trash can also close it really well so the poopy smell doesn’t leak out when the trash can is closed. Very good product.

Love this little thing! Takes all the tedious work from doing trash. Like that it's auto flip top, it loads the bags for you, and also cinches it when full. Definitely spoiled with this one and will be purchasing more for other rooms in the house.

I really love this garbage can. Once I figured out what “full” looks like for the automatic sealing mechanism, it’s been everything I hoped for. A helpful tip: if the bag doesn’t cut cleanly after sealing, it’s probably slightly overfilled—just press down the top a bit manually, and it should work perfectly. One of the best features is the rechargeable battery. I honestly forget it even needs charging because it lasts for months—I think it’s been at least 3 months since the last charge. The lights inside the can are a cute touch, though they’re more for novelty than practical use. I did knock off one star because the motion sensor isn’t quite sensitive enough. I usually have to wave my hand right up close—or even touch it—to get the lid to open. Overall, it’s a fantastic product with smart features and a sleek design. Just wish the motion sensor worked a little better!

Purchased it in July 2025 and as of October 2025 it doesn’t work properly anymore. Without any prompting it just says “open lid mode” opens the lid itself and stays open. When I manually close it, it again says “open lid mode” but the lid stays closed and the sensor doesn’t work because it thinks it’s in open lid mode. After cleaning it, I tried turning it off for several hours but when I turned it back on and went into another room, it decided to just keep opening and closing on its own. Turned it off for several days and turned it back on and it started the whole “open lid mode” issue again. I’ve had it off for a week now and I just turned it back on and so far it seems fine but we will see within the next few hours. Also, now it no longer packs the trash. It says it’s overflowing and that I need to manually pack it. So I do and it says it again. Then it seals the bag but doesn’t cut it and tells me to take it out… how can I take it out if it’s still attached to the other bags? So I tried removing the bag manually by cutting at the sealed part and hoping that would reset it. Nope same thing again. It was a great trash can when it was working properly but it shouldn’t be malfunctioning like this after only a few months.

I love these trash cans. I have two and bought one for a friend. They don’t seem necessary but are great. You always have a bag, it seals it closed so it doesn’t stink, and the next bag gets sucked into place. Love the automatic opening lid so you don’t see anything or have to touch anything. Surprisingly ideal and useful. I absolutely love mine!

I had a previous bin similar but didn't talk,it got broken by my dog,anyway replaced with this one and i love how it talks you through the whole process lol,it always says over filled,choose to compact manually or tap again within 5 seconds to continue,i just give it a second tap and it compacts it harder to make it fit,and you really don't have to do anything except press the button listen to her talk and take the bag out when she tells you,and she will tell you when she's layed the new liner,happy days.
