This stuff is amazing. It's a white very fine powder that has limited taste but big effects. Definitely works wonderful as a probiotic. The texture is not bad in applesauce or yogurt but could also be dissolved in a liquid. It was a good price for the size of the bag which I anticipate will last me a few months using it everyday. It does definitely have the intended digestive effects and I've had great health support from this product. It's artichoke powder as seen in the last picture under ingredients. The foil bag easily zippers shut and reseals so you don't have to worry about it spilling or going bad

I use this for homemade yogurt making. Gives the probiotic a boost to multiply at 12 fermentation. I also make reuteri yogurt at 38° for 36h fermentation. Semi naturally sweet. My Homemade yogurt taste fabulous!
