I actually do love these and have a subscription every 2 months. Been taking it 4-6 months now. Because it's an appetite suppressant, it makes eating a little confusing when i started but because I wasn't hungry as often, it helped me make better food choices. Normally I was eating a protein bar or drink or cheese snack everyday at work before lunch and I don't need those as much now. Normally if I don't eat by 11 or noon I start to feel shaky and I don't with these. I can still eat when I want to. I'm only take 1 pill a day when it says 2. It helps too on my day off to eat healthier before I used to shake.

I was hesitating to buy the product mostly because I’ve bought appetite suppressants before and i’ve had terrible side effects and they did not work despite the good reviews so with this product it was on sale and i took a gamble so far I've lost about nine pounds since i started my appetite is a lot less hardly want to eat like before am not snacking i did take three pills sometimes but then my appetite was very little so i went back to the two pills per day and i was surprised that i felt no side effects at all…I am on my second bottle and very pleased with the product

I have taken this twice a day for a week. No increased energy or weight loss. I even work out every day.

I've been taking it for 2 weeks and it's making me very constipated, has anyone else experienced the same thing?

Helped me lose weight easily!

I lost ~5.5kg (about 13lbs) after 1 mo. I take a lot of water with it and divide to 1 capsule for lunch and dinner. I can almost skip dinner nowadays. 1 cap with 2 full glasses water do the trick for me, almost no appetite left. For morning, i do protein shake or greens smoothies, alternatively. Will update in another month.
