I recently tried the Samyang Buldak Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen Carbonara and it completely lived up to the hype. The combination of spicy Korean ramen with the creamy carbonara flavor is absolutely delicious. The noodles are thick, chewy, and have a great texture that feels much better than regular instant noodles. The sauce is rich, creamy, cheesy, and still has that signature Buldak heat that spice lovers enjoy. What I really liked is how flavorful each bite is. The spice level is definitely strong, but the carbonara sauce balances it nicely, making it creamy instead of overwhelmingly hot. It’s perfect for anyone who enjoys bold Korean flavors and wants something different from ordinary ramen. I also love that the pack comes with 5 servings, making it convenient for quick lunches, late-night snacks, or easy dinners. The noodles cook quickly and taste even better when topped with boiled eggs, cheese, or green onions. The quality feels premium compared to many instant ramen brands. delicious and amazing!! always buy this flavor. it’s even better with some cheese and kewpie mayo. very spicy, but after awhile, it becomes more manageable.

So I am a Buldak junkie, and this is one of my favorites. The cheese powder helps make these creamy and delicious. As with all Buldak noodles, if you are not used to them I would try the bare minimum of the chili sauce and go from there. It is potent, but so good. :-) If you want to cut the heat, try adding some cream cheese and/or Velveeta since it melts well. Add just the right amount of water so you get a creamy, cheesy bowl of deliciousness. The noodles are nice and chewy. With the Carbonara it seems to be just the right amount of noodles for one person. Give them a try!

Really tasty noodles, but definitely very spicy. I’m a bit of a wuss when it comes to heat, so I personally prefer the cream version of this line since it’s much more manageable for me. That said, I still enjoy these a lot—I just have to modify them a bit. I usually add mozzarella cheese and a couple splashes of cream, and that really helps balance the heat while making it extra rich and delicious. If you can handle spice, they’re great as-is, but they’re also easy to customize if you can’t. one good thing to not is that you can add as much or as LITTLE of the spice packet as you like, so you can customize how much of that you want too!

It’s quick and easy to make, and the flavor comes out really strong when mixed properly. The 5 pack is also a good value since you get multiple servings. Overall, spicy, creamy noodles with a good chewy texture, and easy to adjust the heat depending on how you like it.

These are the best instant noodles to come along in a long time! Perfect ‘mouth feel’. The sauce packet is beyond hot and spicy..it is the intense heat level that keeps hitting even after you’ve swallowed.😳🌶️ Just use a tiny bit of the sauce…and adjust to your preference after the first bite experience. I added a little heavy cream and some Parmesan…and it was truly the best fast remedy for an Alfredo craving that you will find in an instant noodle. * Also…it’s not necessary to cook these on a stovetop. I just pour boiling water over the noodles and cover…leave for about 10 minutes..stir and drain most of the water…and then add the powder packet, some cream and Parmesan ( if desired).

Honestly it’s the best tasting spicy ramen I’ve ever had I would definitely recommend
