Very tasty coffee and good quality build.
Simply the best coffee machine that brews both hot and cold. Very easy to use, the grinder is a bit noisy, but this is the same across all delonghi machines. Milk foam is really impressive.

Disappointed
It broke after 4 months and cost a lot, poor quality.The coffee machine just come back after repair and sill has the same problem.

Excellent coffee machine!
This coffee machine is absolutely a game changer. I never thought I can prepare at home professional coffee with plenty of choice. Latte, cappuccino, expresso, Americano, just name it and its ready in a few minutes. Easy to operate and personalised. Freshly prepared from coffee beans. Absolutely love it!

Great (but iced drinks feature not worth it)
Molk foam: It makes wonderful foam. You can control it using a dial to make it thick and creamy or light and frothy. This is light-years ahead of the likes of the Phillips Lattego. Very pleased with this. Hot drinks: Large selection of hot drinks, all 1 button press. Very nice tasting coffee and great customisation options. You can control coffee intensity and (for some drinks) add an extra shot. Iced drinks: If you're buying this over the cheaper Dinimica machine because this does cold drinks, then don't bother. I thought it would take time to let the coffee sit and brew in room temperature water; but it actually just froths the milk at room temperature and asks you to put an ice cube in it to cool down the espresso shot. Not sure what the point is really. Issues: The app is pretty pointless, you have to pair it everytime you use the machine. So no scheduled automatic espresso in the mornings for me! The drip tray doesn't seem to have any indication of it filling up. By the time I realise it's time to empty it, it's pouring all over the floor and I can't move it to the sink to empty it. Extra shot is only available for a specific type of drink, you can't make a double shot latte it seems.
