Before this set, I used a silicone suction cup set which worked ok but it was always difficult to get the right amount of vacuum pressure. This hand-pump version solves that and allows a very strong vacuum. The hand pump works with either the extension hose or just using the pump directly attached to the cups. The cups also included something not listed in the product description which I think are acupuncture centers for the cups so that when under vacuum, the center of the insert makes pointed contact with your skin. I didn't feel much of a difference with them in but I'll keep trying them. They are a little difficult to remove from the smaller cups so I think I'll only use them on the larger ones. The instructions are very basic and honestly not that useful; it does list some acupoints on the body to assist in where to perform cupping to alleviate certain body aches and pains. The cups release easily by pulling up on the tip. Everything fits nicely in the included carrying case.

The best thing about this is how easy it is to use. My wife described this as "idiot proof" and that's always nice to see. The case is good quality and will hold everything that's included in the package. The case makes it good to use anywhere, but this can be easily used at home by anyone. The suction is good and while it's near pro quality it won't go too far to be a problem for inexperienced users. Overall this get's the full recommendation as it's easy to use and there's satisfying results.

I'm not sure this product will last because the gun/pump wobbles and does not securely fit onto spigot of cups. I haven't used the magnets yet but I like the inner spring they have. I love the carrying case for it's look, compactness. I also like that it's not too many cups. Some sets have way too many cups. but the pump, i'm not sure it'll last very long at all.

I'm not experienced in cupping. I have seen some athletes use the technique and figured I'd give it a try since I'm always sore from exercising. This set contains a lot of accessories, is made well, and easy to use. The pump feels a little light weight, but it's not like you need anything industrial to create the vacuum. I can easily pump to a desired vacuum. Anymore would be overkill. This is a decent kit for a novice who wanted to try it out. Now that I've read more about the technique I'm a bit disappointed at the witchcraft behind it. I guess even athletes like fads and will try almost anything once or twice.

Delivered super fast and bag is very convenient. But overall material and pumping handler material cheap and looks easy to break. Already received two of the cup already cracked. :((

It is same as the cheaper kind nothing special. Not thick at all. Some cups does not fit in the bag so it’s moving and caused scratches and cracks. The container bag came also wet. Not worth the price.
