Great knife!
Hubby bought this for me for Xmas cause I requested it. Itโs really great for chopping and mincing. Itโs very pretty and has a good weight. If you learn how to use it, itโll become your go-to knife.

Remarkable
I learned long ago, the value of a quality knife. It makes food prep better and safer. I purchased this knife based on how pleased I was with their 6โ version, which held an edge longer than any knife Iโve ever owned. I already have a straight cleaver, and the curved edge does a great job on veggies etc. If a knife can be too sharp, this might be one. Iโve managed to cut myself 3 times, not by slicing or cutting, but by simply coming in light contact while moving things around the cutting board etc. Think razor sharp. I havenโt cut myself this many times in decades, let alone weeks. I clearly need to up my game around handling. Why 4 stars vs 5? Thereโs no sheath with this knife. Itโs not one youโd like laying loose in a drawer, based on how easily it cuts through skin.

Stellar knife, super sharp and now my go-to for dicing and chopping up vegetables, among other tasks. Just be careful washing it and you might have a new tool for the kitchen that doesn't send you to the ER.
