It works on sun damaged, dark spots! Better and faster than RX creams.
I normally do not write a review. But wow! I am not using it for a scar. I had some skin damage (too much sun when I was younger and not enough SPF was used). On my left arm, near my elbow I have three really dark spots, very noticeable and nothing for years has worked. Even the prescribed cream my dermatologist put me on. I have used this for 4 days two of them I applied twice a day, the other two days I applied once a day and two of the dark circles are completely gone and the last big one is 75% gone! I still have most of the tube!

Best Scar Cream
I started using Cicatricure scar cream after a minor surgery left me with a noticeable scars on my legs. I applied it 4 times daily as directed for less than 2 weeks.Within the few days, I noticed the scar starting to fade and flatten. The cream was lightweight, non-greasy, and absorbed quickly, which made it easy to stick to the routine. I usually use Mederma and that literally didn't do anything. Buy this cream you will not be disappointed.

It works!!!
I had doubts before purchasing. Turned out I was wrong. I have been applying it for only 3 days, but I can already tell the difference (I fell down a few weeks ago with scars on my knee and hand). Will continue applying it until fully recovered. Highly recommend!

Cicatricure Advanced Scar Gel for Face & Body
Good Starter Option, But Doesn’t WowI’ve been using Cicatricure Advanced Scar Gel on both facial and body scars for about six weeks now, and it’s been… okay. Nothing terrible, but nothing transformative either. What I Liked:Gentle formula: The gel is lightweight, fast-absorbing, and non-greasy—perfect for daily use on my forehead scar and a small cut on my leg. It hasn’t caused irritation or breakouts, even on sensitive skin.Pleasant texture: It comes in a handy pump bottle, which helps control the amount and keeps things hygienic. It also absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave any noticeable residue.Slight improvement: My older scars seem a bit lighter and flatter than before, which is a nice change. What Fell Short:Limited results on newer scars: My more recent incision mark saw little to no change—no noticeable fading or smoothing.Takes time (and patience): I used it twice daily as instructed, but after six weeks, the progress has been modest at best. It just doesn’t seem potent enough for deeper scars.Pricey for what it is: Compared to other silicone gel options or generic scar gels, this felt a bit expensive given the average results.Verdict:Cicatricure Advanced Scar Gel isn’t bad—it’s gentle and well-tolerated, and it offers mild improvements for old scars. But if you’re hoping for visible remodeling of newer or deeper scarring, it might leave you wanting more. A solid “fine but not fantastic” 3-out-of-5.

The texture of the gel is very pleasant, it is not greasy or sticky, and it absorbs quickly.
After my C-section, I started using Cicatricure Gel hoping to improve the appearance of my scar, and I've been pleasantly surprised! I apply it twice a day as directed on the packaging, and over the weeks, I've noticed that the scar has started to look lighter and less noticeable.
