Stunning photo quality—pro-tip on when to buy!
I’ve actually bought several of these packs now because the performance is just that good. If you're looking for crisp imagery and a reliable cellular connection for your property, this twin pack is easily one of the best options out there. What stands out: Photo & Video Quality: The 36MP photos are crisp, and the 1080p video with sound is excellent. It makes identifying wildlife much easier than my older cameras. Cellular Connection: The dual-sim setup works great. It picked up a signal quickly even in spots where my phone usually struggles. Trigger Speed: It’s fast. I’m not getting shots of just a tail moving out of frame; it catches the action right in the center. The downside: Battery Life: The battery life is a little shorter than I’d like, especially if you have it set to upload photos frequently. I’d definitely recommend using lithium batteries or looking into a solar power bank so you don't have to swap them out as often. 🔥 Pro-Tip for Buyers: If you can wait until the summer, keep an eye on these. I’ve noticed every year around that time, this twin pack usually goes on sale for about $99. It’s already a good value, but at that price, it’s an absolute steal. Verdict: This is a high-performance camera that takes top-tier photos. Since I keep coming back for more, I clearly recommend them—just be ready to manage the power or add a solar setup

Works as advertised. Can be an excellent option depending on your use case. Very pleased so far.
So far, after five days of use, I am very pleased with the operation of these Spypoint Flex G-36 trailcams. YMMV depending on your particular use case. In my case I purchased two of these to use as security cameras at my seasonal campground cabin. From November thru March the campground is closed and there is no electricity. Hence I lose the use of my 5G router and Ring cameras. I positioned one on my front porch monitoring the entry door and one inside the cabin. My goal was to have a product that would detect motion as well as, in the absence of motion, periodically send me an image to assure me they were working. Initial setup was straight forward per the directions. Be patient when you turn them on while they establish their cell signal. May take several minutes while it does so. Their cellphone app (IPhone/IOS in my case) is excellent and provides good information on the status of each camera(eg. Signal and battery strengths, time of most recent communications, and the images themselves. My objective is to have these operate for as long as possible (e.g. at least three months) on the set of eight Energizer Lithium AA I installed into each cam. Mid-winter I plan to visit the cabin and if needed install a fresh set of batteries. To maximize battery life while meeting my security needs, I am using the following settings: Camera Mode is set to "Time Lapse +". Motion Delay is set to "1 minute". Multishot is set to "1". Sensitivity is set to "low" Time Lapse is set to "16 hours, 0 minutes". SD Photo Resolution is set to "High". With these settings: If motion is detected (i.e. an intruder) I will immediately receive a notification and see the image(s) in the app. In the absence of a motion triggered event; every sixteen hours each camera takes a photo, I am notified by the app, and able to view the images in the app Gallery. I chose an interval of sixteen hours to assure I receive at least one daylight and one nighttime image a day. The timing of the first set of time lapse images the cameras took were rather random but after that I have been receiving their images like clockwork exactly every sixteen hours. Note that there is no "on demand" way to remotely trigger a photo. Hence the Timelapse+ feature is a good work around. In my location, which is not known for good cell signal, the Signal strength has been consistently 90-100%. After five days of use and 20+ images taken and transmitted to me by each camera, their battery strength remains at 100%. I am using their Free Plan which provides 100 images per month per camera. Plan on triggering approx 15-20 images during initial setup and testing. After setup, I did test them by walking onto the porch and entering my cabin. Both cameras detected me and sent a notification and my selfie(lol) to Spypoint and in turn my cellphone. Given my Timelapse settings above, I anticipate each camera will take approx 45 images per month. Well within the free monthly allotment of 100. So far the camera on the porch has not experienced any false triggers due to blowing trees, falling leaves, etc. Refer to the attached images. Note the images also include the temperature. In summary, for my particular needs, this has proven to be an excellent low cost solution as compared to much higher end trailcams such as the Reconyx product line(up to $600). Having these in place is certainly providing me peace of mind. UPDATE: After 16 days, both continue to perform reliably. Signal strength has been 90-100% and Battery status has remained at 100%. Have been getting notifications and images every 16 hours per the Timelapse+ settings listed above. No motion triggered events as yet. (A good thing in my case.). My understanding is Lithium batteries maintain a constant voltage until almost depleted. That could account for the battery status remaining solid at 100% so far. Will monitor this over time. But very please so far. Oddly, one of the cameras started reporting its GPS location after about one week. The other still not reporting GPS data. Note worthy but not a concern for me since I know where the cameras are. UPDATE 3/29/2025: After FIVE MONTHS of operation, both continue to perform reliably. Signal strength has been 90-100% and Battery status has remained at 100%. Have continued getting notifications and images every 16 hours per the Timelapse+ settings listed above. I open my cabin for the season next week. These have successfully served their purpose. So will be using these as a backup to my Ring cameras in case I lose electricity or router connectivity during the April-October campground season. Will be interesting to see how long the batteries continue to last.

A+ company.
I have read all the reviews, good and bad and decided to give them a try for the heck of it. I'll start with the cons: setting up the cameras can be a bit difficult if you aren't very tech friendly. I had purchased 2 of these cameras. 1 turned out defective, lasted a whole 5 minutes. Battery life isn't the best, but they have rechargable battery packs you can get for these cameras. Or use rechargable AA batteries. The pros: the camera quality for starters is Excellent, day and night! Oddly enough a bit better then my ATN scope. Secondly as long as you have cell service it will work with out issues. The functionality of these cameras is quiet. Granted I have tinnitus in my left ear. But could barely hear the camera unlike others. I have seen that other people have had customer service issues, I honestly don't understand why. I have had EXCELLENT customer service. I honestly feel this company should be a Role Model for other companies for their customer service. 12PM at night and they answered and went throught the steps to find out that my other camera was deffective and issued a replacement ticket. Zero questions asked! I highly recomend joining the isider club if you have more then 1 cell service camera with them. The 250 photos free per camera per month alone is worth it. Not to mention all the other bonus's they have.

quality control issues
Great Camera 1, But Twin Pack Issues and Frustrating Support I purchased the SPYPOINT Flex G-36 Twin Pack, expecting reliable performance across all units as advertised. While Camera 1 has been absolutely perfect – delivering crisp 36MP photos and a consistent cellular connection – the other two cameras in the pack (Cameras 2 and 3) have been a significant disappointment. Both Camera 2 and Camera 3 suffer from intermittent cellular connectivity, making them unreliable for real-time monitoring. Camera 3 also seems to have issues with picture capture, sometimes taking duplicate images or failing to send them reliably. This is particularly frustrating as these cameras were placed in the same location as Camera 1, which functions flawlessly. I contacted SPYPOINT support regarding these issues, and while they mentioned a 2-year warranty, I've experienced a frustrating runaround. I've been a loyal Insider Club member for 1 year and 10 months, paying an additional $10/month to upgrade Camera 1 to STANDARD, and I expected better support for faulty equipment. It's disheartening to have one great camera and two that are essentially unusable due to connectivity problems. I hope SPYPOINT can address these quality control issues with their twin packs and provide more effective customer support for warranty claims.

FLEX G-36 SpyPoint Cellular Trail Camera
I bought this trail camera because even though I live on only a half acre, I’ve got chickens and we were getting something visiting trying to get into our coop. Thanks to this camera, I’ve determined we have a few different foxes coming around late at night. Thanks to the infrared this camera has I was able to see the foxes clearly. It’s compact, easy to use and I really like it a lot. It even has its own strap with a really long strap to attach it to whatever you want. Connect up to the WiFi easily and quickly without any issues. It’s got several settings for photo, video or time lapse. I only used the photo mode. I’ve left it out in a few rainstorms and had no issues, it’s waterproof! You can use it for free with their app but only get 100 pictures a month for free, any more and you’ll have to buy a subscription. The photos will download to the app on your phone automatically which is nice and it will notify you when the photos download. The only criticism I have, is the box states you need two 512 GB high speed microSD cards on one side but just above that it states they are preloaded, a bit misleading to a novice like me. The instruction booklet says 2 SIM cards are already inserted. I bought a two pack of SIM cards but only needed one. All in all, I’d recommend this camera. I’ve never owned a trail cam before but this one was easy to setup and use and actually fun to use. I found myself excited to get up and check out any pics that download from the night before.

Takes great pictures sturdy product
These cameras were bought for my husband he hunts in the forest. They came quickly and they were packaged nicely. We set them up in a few choice spots in the forest where he will be hunting so he can watch. What kind of game is coming in and out of the area these take very good quality pictures. The batteries last for a long time we have had these out since we purchased them and they are performing perfectly. We did notice when it is cold which we’ve had some extreme cold weather this winter in Florida it will tell us the battery life is really low but then when it warms up, everything is fine I think it’s just a weather thing so if you’d like to hunt and you like to see what’s coming in out of the area beforehand, these are very good product. One time a bear to the antenna off all we did was replace it and the camera is working perfectly. We have purchased many of the same one.

AMAZING
I’ve been using the SPYPOINT Flex G-36 Camo for a while now, and it’s hands-down one of the best trail cameras I’ve ever owned. First off, the battery life is impressive. I’ve had it set up in the field for weeks at a time, checking it less frequently than I’ve had to with other cameras. Even with heavy use, the battery holds up like a champ. It’s a relief not having to worry about the camera going dead in the middle of a scouting season. The image and video quality are top-notch. With 36 megapixels and 1080p video (with sound!), it captures everything in sharp detail, whether it's a big buck or a curious raccoon. The audio is clear too, which is a nice bonus for reviewing the clips. The trigger speed is lightning fast at 0.3 seconds. I’ve yet to miss any action on the trails or at feeding spots, which is crucial when you’re trying to pattern deer movement. The 100-foot detection and flash range mean I get great coverage, even at night, with clear and well-lit night shots. Durability-wise, this camera can take a beating. It’s been through rain, wind, and freezing temps, and it hasn’t skipped a beat. The camo finish is a great touch for blending into the environment. The cellular feature is a game-changer. The SPYPOINT app is user-friendly, and getting instant updates on my phone keeps me from having to make unnecessary trips to the woods. It’s a huge time-saver, especially with a busy schedule. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality trail camera that can handle all kinds of conditions and keep you in the loop without constant check-ins, the SPYPOINT Flex G-36 Camo is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Great pictures very stable connection. with power options.
I purchased a twin pack. One camera works perfectly, the other would not power up. I returned both and reordered. 2nd set worked very well. I initially just ran batteries, and in a heavily trafficked area, it used them up. I purchased a 3rd party lithium battery and made my own solar panel hookup. it has worked great, maintaining a 100% battery.
