Can you easily type with one on?

I myself can't type with this on, because it's too tight to roll down far enough comfortably. I'm a female adult with size 6 ring finger. However, I do use it while sitting at my laptop and just put it down when I need to type. I've realized that I spend more time reading than typing at my laptop, so having to put it down for a few minutes isn't a problem. While I read, it's relaxing (and comfortable) to roll it back and forth and between fingers.

what are these made of ?

They are made out of a wire. Its soft yet sturdy. The wires come in bright colors. I like the feeling of wire

Can they be picked apart?

I guess, if you stretch them to the extreme, but they are pretty solid.

Do they fit adults and kids?

The sensory rings are small enough for children's hands and expand slightly, so they fit the fingers of children and adults.
